Diabolical Devices Alesis HR-16 Modified Drum Machine

YouTube via bigcitymusic. It gets really good at 1:14. http://bigcitymusic.com/. Big City Music on Ebay.
"Here's Stephi playing with the a super-fun modified HR-16. There's a master pitch control knob (sample rate for drum samples). There's also an awesome looking and inspiring new patch grid system. These patches connect various bends including pitch modulation, sample rate modifiers and delay-like effects. The little patchers have different color LED's that light up differently depending where you patch it and what else is patched."

YouTube via MediaArtTube. see the Siftables label below for more.
"New Ways of Interacting and Manipulating Digital Information: TUI Solution.
Siftables are independent, compact devices with sensing, graphical display, and wireless communication. They can be physically manipulated as a group to interact with digital information and media. Siftables provides a new platform and OS on which to implement tangible, visual and mobile applications.
Siftables are cookie-sized computers with motion sensing, neighbor detection, graphical display, and wireless communication. They act in concert to form a single interface: users physically manipulate them - piling, grouping, sorting - to interact with digital information and media. Siftables provides a new platform on which to implement tangible, visual and mobile applications.
Siftables was originally designed and built by David Merrill and Jeevan Kalanithi at the MIT Media Lab. Patent filed.

Roland System 100M Noodle

via Swissdoc:

"I got recently a Roland System 100M (112/121/130/140/150)
http://www.qwave.de/georg/music/noodle_system_100m.mp3 just a wild noodle patch, thanks to CV LFO and they do retrigger, in between I switch the S&H input from noise to LFO out, there is one VCA in between, which is not DC proof, so a SQR gets a up/down spike with a lag, soft sync and ring mod used, allmost eating up all the cables I have..."
