Knobs for TEMPO, TUNING, CUT OFF FREQ, RESONANCE, ENV MOD, DECAY, ACCENT, TEMPO MOD, and VOLUME. 1/4 inch jacks for AUDIO IN (to filter), CV IN, GATE IN, ACCENT IN, SLIDE IN, and AUDIO OUTPUT. It takes a 9V DC adapter or 6 AA batteries. It has a built-in speaker. Sounds great plugged into an amplifier! Excellent through distortion pedals too! Comes with handmade carry bag and a guitar strap. batteries included."
Update: some more info: "The case was a Casio SA-20 keyboard I found at Goodwill. I modified the headphone/speaker circuit board to be louder/better sounding. Then I hand-soldered prototype boards to create the audio generating circuits of the TB-303. I used some different parts than the original, increased the resonance so it can self-oscillate, added an LFO to trigger the Gate and modulate the filter, and added a circuit to make the keyboard work."
