Marvel at the then revolutionary Page R step sequencer, gasp at the three dimensional waveforms in Page D and bask in the wonder of some of the most famous sounds of the Eighties!

The sound track of this video is also one of the app's built-in demos. 'Octagonalle' was created using original Series II library sounds on the Fairlight iPad app by producer/composer Justin Shave. Shave confronted his first CMI in 2006 when he co-produced Darren Hayes' album "This Delicate Thing We've Made." Darren had decided that the Fairlight was the only instrument which could deliver the '80s sensibility he was seeking, bought one on eBay, and handed it to Shave to tame. The rest is history.

"Newly installed Tiptop Audio power in a case designed by Andreas Wetterberg with woodwork and rail construction by Monorocket. Initial patch utilizing an Intellijel uScale quantizer feeding two Hertz Donuts with the B output of the quantizer being shifted by a Bubblesound uLFO synced with an 808 for good measure. only post addition was a tiny bit of Audio Damage Dubstation."

"An example of a "Work in Progress" around "Chant" the French poet Desmée Gilbert, a project being created. I explored a small part of the transformative possibilities of voice with the 285e, the Frequency Shifter in its function Balanced Modulator and touch surface with frequencies 222e - originally scheduled on the keys (twelve-tone) to another preset - combined with a frequency response and four envelopes Quad fonction Generator (281e) on both touch sensitive. The voice processing occurs with the combination of frequencies and envelopes by sliding fingers on the buttons on the touch surface.

"mainliner is famous for its dirty bass sounds used for drum and bass etc, but this monophonic bass synthesizer has more up its sleaves. has it can make dark resonating pads with texture and also can be used for dark lead sounds too, towards the end of the video, i have used one of my famous midi files to show that some presets sound quite cool, before that i have just pressed a few keys to qick notes and one long note.
