Vintage Wallington Instruments Waveform Synthesizer

"This has been used as a student lab unit for education of students in basic physics. The experiment you do with it is called "Harmonic analysis".

The tutor chooses one the offered basic waveshapes (dial above Sample Wave). You put both the Sample Wave Out and the Summation Out to a 2 beam oscilloscope, which you trigger with the sync pulse to get a stable view.

Then the students have to approximate that wave by setting amplitudes and phases of the first 10 Harmonics (no phase for the first Harmonic). In parallel the theory of fourier series is explained to the students."

And me jaming on the Moog and the SH-32.
Got a new midi keyboard for the SH-32.
Its a CME M-Key V2, cheap and small,but it does the trick."

"Borrowing a TR 909 for a bit. A few test patterns on the Elektron Monomachine and Roland TR 909. Here the Monomachine is synced to the TR 909. This TR 909 has an earlier version of the MIDI specification and does not always follow MIDI perfectly. Vice versa works fine. Switching patterns manually on both the 909 and the Mono."
