"1st video test on the 8/16 Ratcheting Analog Sequencer, Portamento was added to Banks A&B.
The 8/16 mode (Green selector switch) in the down position, will make the sequencer an 8 channel, bank A. Portamento for that channel will adjust that control, the Triggered output will come from "Trig". Control Voltage will be at the CV/Output A & A+B output. The will be no voltage sent to the CV/Output B.
There is a Direction select "Dir", this will allow the sequencer to scan left to right, or right to left. One thing with this option, you will not be able to select "scan and return", this will only operate in the "Forward" direction.
Selection the scan to and return, "Green" control knob, will allow you set what channel you'd like to scan and return.
Portamento control can be for Bank A or Bank B, you'll see two CV/Outputs. Bank A CV/Output is for channels 1 thur 8. Bank B CV/Output is for channels 9 thur 16. This makes it great for expanding to other equipment you might use.
Next to the "Green" control switch there is the A+B CV/Output, this CV output will use all the channels output and send them to this 1/4 inch CV output Jack. Both Portamento's will work, or if you want to use only 1 bank, that is great becuase you have the option to choose.
"Freq" will allow you to set the scan rate. "Ratch" will let you control the ratcheting rate, both completely at your control.
Triggered outputs are: "Trig", complete timing for scanning speed, "Trig/Ra" is the trigger pulse for the ratcheting timing.
This is the 1st design for this model"
