Xoxbox, OP-1, MD and Wurlitzer cover Herbie Hancock
Published on Aug 7, 2013 Dylan Nau·20 videos
"Why I would ever try to play keys on a Herbie Hancock tune is unknown stupidity, but I love Herbie and it was fun to program this song. Super fun live jam of Herbie Hancocks tune "Gentle Thoughts". MD is controlling the xoxbox. Using song mode on the machinedrum. Looping is all done with the Boss RC-50 which is under the Wurlitzer. Only the Wurly and the OP-1 are being sent to the looper.

"The MW-01 Wasp Filter is a distortion filter device. It uses the same VCF model as from the EDP Wasp Synth, but ads tweaks and modifications to really bring out the noise! Built into a robust folded aluminum case with a chunky layout, an intuitive design, and an LED rate indicator, it is an excellent choice for live performance as well as experimentation in the studio. The MW-01 Wasp Filter is a diverse filter capable of adding grit and punch to drums, ambient sweeps, filter wobble, and plain crazy noise.

First look at the Malekko/Richter Megawave Voltage Controlled Wave Table Device from Richard Devine on Vimeo."First patch using the Malekko/Richter Megawave. Using multiple synced Intellijel Dixie LFO's CV modulating the wave, bank, and Rom inputs. Cycling glitching through banks (MiniWave, Socket Rocket, PPPGVS, Darwin's House, and Monowave). CV control zigzag LFO patterns from the E355 Morphing Dual LFO set to control the Rom select. The output was then ran into the Synthesis Technology e560 Deflector Shield in phase mode. Drums courtesy of the Mungo g0 with rippling sound effects recorded from the Cwejman S1. Everything clocked and mangled from one single MakeNoise Woggle bug.

As web administrator for the web site I'd like to explain the extremely infuriating and disappointing situation our current hosting company has put us in.
On the 5/8/13 with out warning our site hosting and all data was pulled from our account, in what they are now admitting was in error on their part.
It has taken numerous phone calls, emails and voice messages to get them to acknowledge a problem, this morning they told us everything would be back in "24 hours". This has not yet happened. We have been advised it will be a further wait.
As aside note we were in the processes of transferring our domain registration to our new hosting partners, when this happened.
EqunoxOz is currently receiving legal advice regarding this.
we currently have some amazing plans for the site and I cant wait to share them with the modular community, who this is all for in the first place!
For now email communications through the Equinoxoz site should be directed to:
Email: difference_diversity@hotmail.com
Phone: 0497 263 197
We are still here and despite all odds still working, so you can contact us.
We have been updating progress as we get it on our twitter and facebook.

RUCCI Handmade Ring Modulator
Published on Aug 7, 2013 Michael Rucci·71 videos

"This is a passive ring modulator that blends two signals by multiplying the frequencies. The controls are simple and let you switch between the modulated signal or either of the two input signals.
It is built into a tough aluminum die cast enclosure painted matte green. With two 1/4" inputs and a 1/4" output. The circuit is completely passive so it does not require power.
Please note although the outcome can be quite satisfying it can also be a bit unexpected. For tamer results use a more simple waveform for one of the inputs. Also be aware the modulated output will often have less volume than the input signal."
