"that's right kids...gather round'....
the original CS1x synth (that this morph came from) was in bad shape, there were cracked & missing pieces of plastic, missing and broken keys, almost in non playable condition...
so to avoid throwing away a perfectly good sounding,and functioning synth engine, we Morphed it into this cool table top synth module...just plug in your favorite keyboard or midi controller...awesome!
I have done 3 CS projects like these in the past 5 years, and this one is the best so far.
as you can see its not a factory perfect piece...but it is "supercool" and it was a lot of fun to build. its definitely very unique and fun to look at, and everybody who sees it, absolutely loves it. you may even get inventive and add a set of legs to it, so it stands up next to your keyboard, or further experiment with the outer shell ...or just leave it as it is.
don't worry about the graphics, whenever a button is pressed its function shows in the LCD, the rest is easy to memorize or just look in the manual..."
