SEQUENTIAL TOM -Model-420- (test programing) Legacy Machine

Published on Jun 24, 2014 電子音屋ヨクシー(Yokushe)·63 videos

"ヴィンテージ・リズムマシン SEQUENTIAL TOMの
打ち込み風景と味のあるサウンドをお届けします☆
さすがはSeaqunecial Circuits製だけあって、同時期の
日本製PCMサウンドとは明らかに音圧、質感が違う!!
このサウンド、風貌が何故か新鮮に感じるのは僕だけ?
特にハンドクラップの音は他のどのリズムマシンにもない
TOM特有の音だと思います^^

I send ramming down scenery of vintage rhythm box SEQUENTIAL TOM and tasteful sound.
As is expected, there is only a product made in Seaqunecial Circuits, and sound pressure, feel of a material are different from the PCM sound made in Japan of the same period clearly!
Feeling this sound, looks to be fresh for some reason
only as for me?
I think in particular that a sound of the hand crap is a sound peculiar to TOM which no other rhythm boxes do not have.

The MicroWaveSampler - Arduino-based sampler w/ 16-step seq

Published on Oct 5, 2013 Dani Dögenigt·60 videos

"This is a quick demonstration of my lo-fi sampler, based on an atmega328 chip and Adafruits waveshield. With a lot of help from my friend Carl DimsOs we managed to push the arduino to the edge an create a simple piece of sequencer-program which allow for all sorts of shuffling around with the wave-sounds from the SD-card.

Hohner MR 250 Demo Video

Published on Jun 24, 2014 KNORG·63 videos

"Demotrack of the rare Hohner MR-250 soundmodule. Analog circuits with Curtis CEM 3391 chips (24 dB low-pass filter) and SSM 2024 chips (VCA). Sounds are all presets and non programmable but there are some verey nice and beefy analog bass sounds and i just love the string and lead sounds. The drumsounds are typical 80-ties. It's got Midi-in.
Mine came with the MRC-250 and with the footpedal."

LOGAN PIANO STRINGS SN 10588 FULLY POLYPHONIC SYNTH

via this auction

"LOGAN PIANO STRINGS SYNTH FULLY POLYPHONIC A 3 SECTION POLYSYNTH WITH OCTAVE DIVIDER TECHNOLOGY, TYPICAL OF THAT 70'S ERA. A FEW UNITS WERE MADE, AND IT SOUNDS AMAZING, SOMETHING BETWEEN A KORG PE 1000 AND AN ARP OMNI WITH THAT LOGAN-HOHNER WARM SOUNDING STRINGS TOUCH. ALL THE SLIDERS ARE MISSING AND A COUPLE OCTAVE DIVIDERS ARE NOT FUNCTIONING OK SO A COUPLE NOTES OVER THE OCTAVE ARE NOT TRIGGERING ON EITHER SECTION. OTHER THAN THAT IS FUNCTIONING VERY GOOD, BUT I WILL SELL AS SPARES OR REPAIR. SOUND IS VERY SWEET AND WARM, WITH SOME NICE EFFECTS ON THE SYNTH SECTION, INTERESTING VIBRATOS AND LFOS. I TRIED IT WITH A MOOG DELAY AND A MUTRON PHASOR AND IT SOUNDS INCREDIBLE."
