"Varias Performances del NordLead A1, presets modificados.
No intento demostrar mis habilidades sino mostrar los tipos de sonidos que se pueden crear con el A1."

Googlish:
"Several Performances of NordLead A1, modified presets.
Do not try to show my skills but to show the kinds of sounds that can be created with the A1. "

Synthrotek APC Modular Techno Jam

"Running my Synthrotek Atari Punk Console module through its paces. Filter is the TipTop Z2040, sequenced by the Turing Machine and a bit of Maths. The setup for this jam was very simple. The APC is running into a Tip Top Z2040 filter and is being sequenced by a Turing Machine Voltages expansion as well as a Make Noise Maths. Drum sounds come from the Mutable Instruments Peaks module. Here's to a new year of new sounds!"

Verbos Harmonic / Complex Oscillators - Simple Demos

Published on Jan 6, 2015 stickmann

"Trying to keep things a little more simple in this demo and show off the mixing / switching sounds of the Harmonic Oscillator. Width, Center, and Spectral Tilt inputs are modulated by Pressure Points and a Malekko Noisering.

First two sections are dry recordings, the third section has Erbeverb on the sustained notes coming from the Complex Oscillator."

The Autonomic Synthesizer - Patch of The Week (Modular Synthesizer)

Published on Jan 6, 2015 Doug Lynner

"Patch an 'Auto-Composition' or 'Noodle' and listen to your modular play for you!

Though this is illustrated on a Serge the concepts apply to many modular synthesizers. Let me know how you apply this on your modular synthesizer.

To see the modules used in this patch in detail see the Mystery Serge at http://www.serge.synth.net/gallery/dl....

Doug offers modular synthesizer lessons and consultations. For information write doug@neatnetnoise.com.

"Tribute to the Formanta Radio Factory in Kachkanar, USSR."

I thought I posted this one before with the rest of dergach11's videos, but I'm not finding it, so here it is. There are some harsh tones in this one so be careful with volume levels as always, and especially with headphones. Spotted this onevia this auction

Pics below from that listing. You'll find some details on the synth in a previous post here.

"Formanta ems-01 is most unusual sounding synth among the soviet made synthesizers. Its modulation possibilities are infinite, raw analog sound is absolutely unique, and it looks like peace of rock."

Catgirl Synth CGS07 Gate Sequencer

"CGS07 Gate Sequencer module in MOTM format. Four channels by 2-8 Steps (step number selected by front panel rotary switch. Small flaw on front panel from when the corner of another module gouged the faceplate (see pictures). Recently re-wired. Fully tested 100% working condition.

Here is some additional info from Ken Stone's (Catgirl Synth) Modular Synthesizer website...

"By itself, the main board of the gate sequencer can be used as a sequential pulse generator. When clocked by an external source, each of its outputs will come on one after the other. This can be used to sequentially trigger up to eight events. An example would be to set the number of steps to 2, then connect outputs 1 and 2 to two drum sound generators. A pulse train fed to the clock input would then produce a drum roll alternating between the two drum sounds.

When coupled with the switch bank and buffer boards, rhythms of up to eight steps can be created. Each switch bank and buffer board contains two channels. Additional switch bank and buffer boards can be connected to main board to produce gate sequencers with more channels. While these outputs can be used to trigger drum sounds, that is not their only use. They can be used to trigger envelope generators, step waves in wave tables, drive other sequencers etc. Once you have a gate sequencer in your modular, you will wonder how you ever survived without it."
