"The good:
- it's an original TB-303!! The most legendary acid bass sounds you could ask for. I've had endless hours of fun pushing the desk-gain right up, putting it through a tape-delay and turning the knobs to produce that signature freak-out acid sound. Not much more to say :D
- I've had it fitted with a Kenton ProSolo CV/Gate control mod so it's MIDI compatible.
- The previous owner complimented the paint job with some blue LEDs which are pretty cool.
- Kenton ProSolo controller and downloaded print-out of the manual included.

The bad:
- first up is the paint-job. The previous owner saw fit to spray-paint it blue which certainly gives it a unique look (and goes really well with the blue LEDS). Whilst you can't tell what the controls do by sight it's pretty obvious once you start twiddling knobs (there's also a downloaded printed manual that will help).
- the battery cover is missing (these are often available on ebay as spare parts).
- the chassis has suffered some heat damage and has a small chip on one corner. It doesn't affect the sound at all but it's there nonetheless."

RAZOR X General Description

Overview starts after 1:00.

"This video shows the various components that I've added to an already awesome instrument, Reaktor Razor by Native Instruments. I wanted an intuitive control over multiple parameters, which will generate many new sound options by morphing many targets by simple gestures."

Analog Meditation 432 Hz

Published on Jul 27, 2015 VoltageCtrlRtv

"This is a live improvised sound healing meditation performance recorded at the Inner Siddhi Sound Temple by Shiro Fujioka aka VoltageCtrlr (Voltage Controller).
This composition is tuned to 432 Hz, this frequency is great for putting the listener in a relaxed state to go deeper into meditation. This divine vibration is beneficial for mental and spiritual development because it is in resonance with the fractal nature of the universe.
This performance is a live one take recording from my upcoming Analog Meditation album that will be released 07.31.15
To book Shiro Fujioka / Voltagectrlr for sound healing events and Skype sessions leave a comment or email for more info and rates.

NO PROFITS EARNED OR GAINED FROM THIS VIDEO
JUST FOR DEMONSTRATION OF WHAT THIS SYNTHESIZER
CAN DO!

This is a basic audio demo I did when I used to work for
the Pro Audio Department / Keyboards at the Guitar Center
in Tempe, Arizona. I was in competition with all of the Yamaha
Motif sellers & I was the only Korg guy at the time.
I made a quick demo using a Star Wars Multisample
I created from "Return Of The Jedi".
After that the Tritons where flying out of the store!!
Just about everybody likes Star Wars!!!
Anyway, this video is for audio demonstration with
some footage from the film to cover the visuals,

RSF KOBOL keyboard (1978)

Published on Jul 19, 2015 kovalmoog

"RSF KOBOL Keyboard version (1978)

I made this demo video right after servicing the unit.

RSF produced less than 200 units of the keyboard version of Kobol, and God knows how much of them
are in working conditions on these years. It is a very rare and very interesting synth, with its audio path
based on SSM chips (VCO, VCF, VCA) and 16 memories.

Curiously, the digital board which interfaces the panel and allows parameters to reach the memory
"has none CPU chip", nor even an eprom with a routine. It's all C-MOS logic and a pair of 1k-bit memory chips.
We are talking of 1978 !"

"Secuencia inicial de 'Spiral' (Vangelis, 1977), reproducida en un Roland System-100, el mismo modelo de sintetizador usado en la grabación original.
Los datos midi son convertidos a CV-Gate por un Roland MPU-101, lo cual controla al System-100. El único proceso usado es un delay de 365 miliseg con un feedback del 40%.
