"The LFO triggers the Envelope Generator and the Output of the Envelope Generator controls the tuning of the Oscillator. However - I activated the pitch quantizer function and set it to a pentatonic scale. Later I switch the scale from minor to major."

"Having fun with the MatrixBrute controlled by the Yamaha EX EG midi guitar. I specially love the Duo Split mode where pressing on the guitar's frets changes the Brute's lower split arp's chords while picking the strings controls the pitch of the upper split.
Interesting fat sounding riffs can also be achieved in paraphonic mode."

A great piece of kit for any Roland collector or synth guru wanting to do things the old fashioned way. Interact with all your vintage midi gear, record at slower tempos and playback at faster! some rust on screws but it is in good cosmetic shape otherwise."
