"This auction is just for the ALESIS A6 ANDROMEDA Polyphonic Analog monster Synthesizer, including a custom made heavy duty flight case. There are some cosmetic issues, as seen in one of the pictures ( one key has a small scratch, but is a standard fatar key and easily replaced if you want, it's just cosmetic. and the plastic edge next to the rightest key is a bit loose, but nothing serious).

It has been used on tour, so cosmetically it is "used", but it is absolutely 100% working.

It comes with:
- the original manual
- heavy duty custom made flight case"

"It is hand-made. The keyboard is an Alesis Q25 controller set to midi channel 1.
I am including a power supply for the Q25.
I tested the power/midi/usb/pedal ports and all of them work.
You just need a midi cable to connect to the synth.

To mount the Model D you have to remove the wood end caps and replace them with the metal ends underneath the wood end caps. They are included with the Model D.

The Model D is not included, only for display purposes."

- a scsi cf card reader in replacement of the floppy disk
- new screen in funky yellow writing on black
- full reconditioned and rebuilt power supply (these are always the major cause of issues with this machine)

We have also spent a lot of hard hours replacing loads of the internal chips, capacitors and all other potential issue components.

I have had many samplers in my time including the EII and nothing sounds like this machine. It's truly one of the most magical samplers I have ever used. No matter what you sample into it, it comes out sounding 3 dimensional.

Included is the CF Card library of Depeche Modes samples plus a whole bunch of other classic samples."

"Fully refurbished and modernized E-mu Emax I SE sampler keyboard. Everything tested and works, cosmetically a 9/10 with slight wear on the sides and a couple of light scratches.

The following has been done to this emax:
Hardware:
- Floppy drive replaced with Lotharek SD Card Floppy Emulator
- LCD display replaced with new white-on-black OLED display
- Data slider replaced with new b10k slider
- Power Supply recapped, new heavy-duty Nichicon/Panasonic electrolytic caps, new supression film caps.

Software:
- OS flashed to version SE 1.1 (latest available)
- Comes with SD Card with all commonly available disks (which is many!)"
