Very Early Moog Modular 903 White Sound Source Module
via Thesis Audio Service:
"We are restoring a Moog Modular for a client which has an early (1968) 903 module labelled 'White Sound Source'. This module is far more rare than the later 903-a module that was widely produced that had white and pink noise outputs.
This module is hand made on a perf board with pint to point wiring, before the 903-a printed circuit board version. It's possible that this module was handled by Dr. Moog himself (!)"
You can find demos of the 903 previously posted here. The 903 white noise module was featured in only a handful of previous posts. Note the 903-A, a different module, was a Random Signal Generator.

Octave Voyetra 8 Sound Collage by Protek
"A collage of sounds that were made with the amazing Octave Plateau Voyetra 8. One of the best analog polysynths, IMO. Fortunately, I owned the latest rev. so the synth was trouble-free. It's keyboard (VPK-5) could be a little stiff-feeling at times but the aftertouch and velocity sensitivity of it made it a unique part of playing the Voyetra. Definitely not an easy synth to program. I found it excelled at modulation-type sounds, pads and even bass patches."
Buchla Audio Demos by Protek
Buchla 266 Noise & Modulations
"My first experiments with the Buchla 266 SOU.
Simple patch with noise output going to input of 291e (stepping through it's 8 step seq.). Some steps on the 291e seq. have modulation applied. The 266 controls the oscillator's frequency as well as the pan position that the noise goes to on the 227e. The oscillator is going through a Moogerfooger MF-104 delay pedal."
259/266/281e/PR
"Patch focuses on the interaction between the 266, 281e, and 259. Pendulum Ratchet establishes rhythm and tempo.
Basic outline for this patch...
The Fluctuating Random Voltages section of the 266 modulates both the attack and decay of the 281e. The 281e in turn modulates the Timbre of the 259. Towards the end of the piece I start modulating the Principal Oscillator with the Modulation Oscillator (by using Phase Lock and FM)."

"Google Bo Tomlyn, he shaped the synthesizer sounds of the 80's and now you can play some of the presets he created for the Korg M3R. These cards really breathe life back into the Korg M3R synthesizer."
He also did patches for the DX7. Little bits of synth history...

Behringer Odyssey + VC340 + Neutron Demo Song
Premiered 7 hours ago RuFo Music
This one was spotted and sent in via Soviet Space Child.
"This is a demo song made with Behringer Odyssey, Behringer VC340 (the one in the blue video through an Electro Harmonix Smallstone analog phaser) and Behringer Neutron, as well as two software synthesizers (Reveal Sound "Respire" for bright arpeggios and Rob Papen "Predator" for bass), because yes digital and analog synths can coexist side by side. This is a new piece, and not based on the previous demo sequence.
Many synth demos show only sounds and features, but I want to show the musical side of it and make a piece of music - that is after all what they are made to do! In all the technical discussions, let's not forget about the music!
The video shows a live performance of the dual-voiced lead of the song, where I play the Odyssey and Neutron (Neutron is controlled by a Roland MIDI keyboard), and they alternate which synth is leading and which is following. This was a technically difficult piece to play due to the multitasking of two voices, recording the result into Reason, and filming with a camera strapped to my head at the same time, but it was also good fun!"

Hydrasynth Patch Demos by Paul Schilling
"(Note: The first sound, GXUltraPad, uses none of the FX...only WaveStack and PWM are used to create the lush character)
Proud to have been part of the sound design team for one of the most exciting new synths and controllers to come out in a long time: Hydrasynth - Digital Wave Morphing Synthesizer with Polyphonic Aftertouch. It has an amazing internal synth engine and can also be used as an affordable poly-AT controller for any synth that is able to receive it. This includes pretty much all DSI / Sequential synths, Deckard's Dream, Kijimi, Xerxes, and of course all kinds of soft synth.
These are sound demos for the patches I have created for the Hydrasynth. It has a very broad sound palette, check out more sounds here: https://soundcloud.com/ashunsoundmachines"

onlyone/ joe kowalski "Jaunpuri" - 09/02/19
Published on Sep 3, 2019 Joe Kowalski
"Drone synth improvisation based very loosely in the North Indian raga Jaunpuri.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jaunpuri
Two synths are set to auto-trigger to sustain the drone. These are the Make Noise 0-Coast and the Behringer Neutron. There are plenty of cross modulations between the two and the Roland System 1m, which is the lead synth being triggered by the KeyStep.
The BeatStep Pro is triggering some drums in Ableton, and three pads are routed to trigger various envelopes on the 0-Coast and the Neutron.
The Roland Juno 60 has its filter being modulated by my custom Max For Live plugin CuatroMod -- two sets of two cross modulated oscillators that can then cross modulate each other.
All was recorded and mixed in Ableton Live. Video shot on GoPro, iPhone, and a webcam, and edited in DaVinci Resolve.
