"This is the second song with the VZ-10m. It's a 16 voice 8-part multitimbral digital synthesizer based on Casio's iPD Phase Distortion Synthesis.

I used for the recording the following FX:
Pigtronix Envelope Phaser - Pigtronix Tremvelope - DigiTech Polara - Pigtronix Echolution 2 Deluxe - GFI System Specular Reverb 2

The signal went through a Presonus StudioLive 16.0.2 into the PC for recording. To create the complete song I created and recorded consecutively several stereo tracks. The final song was then mastered with a bit EQ and compression on some tracks and some limiting on the master track."

- I have a flute, kalimba, my voice, a viola, and a piano recorded into Arbhar, and I'm scanning through the different layers.
- I'm also modulating the length and the window of the grains.
- I've recorded the O Coast into the Morphagene, and I'm modulating the Gene size and Slide. I'm also sending it through some delay and reverb in VCV Rack.
- I'm using the Mimeophon and Magneto as voices, sending them to delays and reverbs in VCV Rack.
- I've recorded my son's metallophone into Microcell, and I'm modulating the position.
- I have one Freak set to two self-oscillating filters, and they are going through some overdrive with LedRover, and bit crushing with ReduXer, and they also go through another Freak set to Ferox.
- I'm using the Disting as an LFO to modulate the cutoff of Freak.
- The CV out of Morphagene goes through the Befaco VCMC to VCv Rack, where I use it as pitch information to an FM voice."

"I got my hands on the new MEGAfm synth from Twisted Electrons, and it's incredible. There's a crunch to it that I'm not sure YouTube will capture, but it makes playing this thing exciting and crispy. In between notes there's a quiet undercurrent of hiss and bits that makes me fell like I'm inside a sega game.
