"Very Good condition. Only some light scuffs to wood sides. Recently professionally serviced, including fully replacing all electrolytic capacitors with audio-grade Nichons, some repairs to the voice circuit on the mother PCB, general cleaning of board & jacks, and a full tuning/factory calibration. Works excellently, sounds incredible. Roland's first polyphonic analog synthesizer, featuring a very early digital memory system, allowing this vintage synth to save presets!"

"Has been checked in 2020: new keyboard bushings, new power supply condensers, vco calibration. I also added the midi kit in 2020, it has a built in midi arpeggio but I never used it."

Low Frequency Expander's Arpeggiator

video by Steve Hunt

"For the Prophet 5 and 10 and other synths that don't have an Arpeggiator, the LFE now has one. It runs off either its own internal clock or from a midi clock. It has the usual Up, Down, Up-down, random and played-order modes. It also has a Down-up mode, 4 octave repeats and the gate length can go up to 200% of the note length so that adjacent notes overlap.

The synth you hear is an OB-6.

Now taking orders for LFE Batch 7 for delivery in June/July 2021.

SM Pro V-MACHINE running BlueARP and retro-review

video by graywolf2004ru

9:32 on reminded me of Depeche Mode's See You. Different sequence of course, just similar vibe.

"This is still a cool piece of hardware, despite of its limited power. I wish they make a more powerful version some day.
When I first used V-Machine 10 years ago - I tried to run BlueARP inside it and it worked after a few tweaks to the code. I didn't post it back then, so now I decided to revive that experiment.
To do this in 2021, I had to bring back Windows XP compatibility for 32-bit version of BlueARP (it was quite a challenge) but finally it works!
I don't think it has lots of practical usage in 2021, but still V-MACHINE is a cool artifact of its time and running BlueARP + Synth1 inside it makes it even cooler.

Roland Juno-106 | 64 new original retro patches - download

video by

"Roland Juno-106 - A true classic synthesizer. Deceivingly simple, but it can do so much and I'm always surprised by its core quality and diversity despite being so simple.
I've made 64 new preset patches, retro 80s inspired that will elevate your own productions.

Find the patches here:

In the demo video I use the excellent J106 librarian software. You can find that here:

I'm not in any way affiliated with this company, and the software itself is free."

Moog Subsequent 37 & Sequential Prophet Rev2/Pro3 - New EP Intro??

video by Lost Clouds

"I've been semi-working on a small EP for a couple of months (technically since June 2019 but then I forgot it existed until recently, so...) and this track will probably end up being the opener - it slowly builds up with hefty background pads from the Rev2/Pro3 and a lovely resonant lead from the Sub37, all recorded in one take.

The Rev2/Pro3 are running through Valhalla Shimmer and the Sub37 is going through the Ventris Dual Reverb, using the 'Offspring' algorithm.

EP will be out at some point in the near-ish future, I hope!!"
