"This Jupiter 8 is in great working condition and was just serviced and calibrated.

New Kenton midi kit freshly installed, pro job by our in-house tech. However, the previous owner attempted the midi mod and hacked out the rear panel in the process (hence the large metal plate and missing ROLAND logo). DCB port has also been removed.

Cosmetically the synth is in very good condition despite the rear panel. The keys are in great shape and are very white. All buttons are functioning fine and it sounds incredible as usual!

Includes original manual and flight case."

"The synth has recently serviced with new battery, numeric membrane panel, and recapped power supply and voice card. Excellent working condition and only a few marks as shown. It has the GliGli upgrade and also have kept the original chip just in case you want to swap it back. The synth has been factory reset with the original patches loaded."

"Black Crumar Bit-99 with a lovely lovely filter sound. All works as it should. The right panel looks like it took a hit at some point, and a key was replaced along the way (see pictures). The exterior is aged but looks pretty good as it’s not a gloss black finish.

Upper and Lower functionality works great, although Upper channel is louder. This may be able to be adjusted by internal trimpots."

Remembered

video upload by boxoftextures

"Well, not quite the usual I suppose. Always loved the sound of the saxophone but never got one, alas. In junior high I wanted French and the flute or sax, but they gave me Spanish and the baritone horn. And I suppose that explains everything, ya know? But hey, now we have iPad software! And iFretless Sax sounds pretty amazing. I also have iFretless Brass, used here as well, and iFretless Bass, which to me feels very Chapman Stick-like, which I love. They also have a guitar app but I haven't tried that one yet for some reason. So one day I had an electric piano going in SnakeBud and I was just sitting there playing "sax" and from out of nowhere, or wherever the music comes from, Remembered arrived. Add a synth wash, as usual, and a shimmered trumpet, et voilà, we now have jazz. Or something.

And as always, I thought the video edit wouldn't be a big deal, but somehow every time I think that it's just more and more ridiculous. Which is why I used that screen as the thumbnail for the video. To celebrate it, of course.

This one is sort of both how-to and also music, so again, not quite the usual as more often it's either one or the other. But today it's both. And also, putting together the "stuff used" list for something that sounded like it was "simply" using just four instruments, it somehow turned out to be, well, rather lengthy.
