"2 Cabinets MOS LAB 2500 Arp Clone full system

Due to unforeseen circumstances I’m selling my brand new( just several weeks old) hand made Mos Lab system. Price reflects what I paid for it minus the shipping cost and import duties. Not looking to make a profit on this.

Only 30 cabinets were made and these are the last two."

Tangram Sequencer TEST V02

video upload by MOS-LAB

06.06.2025 Radio Aktivitaet for fun - Take 1

video upload by batchas

"Can't of course beat the original masterpiece by Kraftwerk, but it won't stop me to have some fun playing with all these beautiful machines.
I record only one take, to not spend too much time on settings and fine tuning.
If I had to record a second time, I'd finish the track differently.
I'll prob. do next a video to show the different audio sources / MIDI tracks before moving forward to another tune. For now here's how the differents elements arrive:
00:00 Mellotron
00:12 TR-808
00:18 Minimoog
00:26 Waldorf Q
00:35 Mos-Lab 2500 (oscillator 2 on filter 1)
01:08 Mos-Lab 2500 (white noise on filter 2)
01:10 Roland Juno 60
Effect: Audiothingies Doctor A"

Batchas "Hummingbird"

video upload by batchas

"All sounds: Mos-Lab 2500. Higher notes: Oberheim Matrix 1000.
I invite you to watch the original video from where I took the excerpts seen in my short clip:

He created a hummingbird paradise in his backyard

video upload by The Nature of Things

"Window salesman Eric Pittman's life changed forever the day he noticed a Anna's hummingbird buzzing around his backyard in Esquimalt, B.C. in the summer of 2009.

After a flurry of sharp turns caught his eye, the bird came to rest on the branch of a pear tree. It looked around to check for danger and met Pittman's gaze, yet she seemed unbothered by his presence. Pittman looked closer. Then, two pea-sized black orbs began bobbing up and down. It was a pair of newborn hummingbird chicks. He'd discovered Sweetie Bird (as he later named her) returning to her nest to feed her babies. Overcome with curiosity, Pittman stayed under the tree for the rest of the day, binoculars stuck to his face. He bought a video camera and began filming the bird in his backyard. He hasn't stopped in fourteen years.

Today, Pittman is a citizen scientist and hummingbird expert. But he didn't formally study ornithology, or even any biology. His skill at capturing footage of hummingbird behaviour has earned him 50,000 followers on his "Hummingbirds Up Close" Facebook page, where he shares daily updates. The BBC Natural History Unit has even turned to Pittman as a subject matter expert when they’ve needed to film elusive hummingbirds.

The short documentary The Bird in my Backyard follows Eric throughout the spring of 2024 as he documents two mother hummingbirds raising their chicks. It’s a story about the childlike curiosity in all of us, and the doors it can open if we just lean in a bit closer.

Filmed and Directed by Ryan Wilkes."

05.23.25 Blade Runner for fun - Mos-Lab 2500 & Matrix 1000

video upload by batchas

"Therapeutic time with today's version of yesterday's patch. This time with only Mos-Lab 2500 and Oberheim Matrix 1000 active tracks and the other synths are muted. With additional delay/reverb from Audiothingies Doctor A. Recorded in one take, so I don't spend more than one hour per session."

05.22.25 Blade Runner for fun - Take 1

video upload by batchas

"Like with the precedent video, this one is to me therapeutic. And of course it's far to be comparable to Vangelis' masterpiece. I like synth sounds and I like the exercice of spending one hour a day per session.
It took only three sessions to get there, which makes me think that in two or three more sessions there'd be enough room to make a really cool song. If and only if I decide to spend more time on this piece. This I don't know. Time will tell!
Audio sources: Mos-Lab 2500, muSonics Minimoog, Roland Juno 60, Oberheim Matrix 1000, Waldorf Q.
Effects: Audiothingies Doctor A, Hologram Microcosm (very tiny bit of this one on one 2500 voice).
One take. Direct out to stereo."

Abandoned Prairie Town

video upload by davidryle

"A Vector Sequencer project running the large format modular.
The slow pace was the experiment basis and the Vector Sequencer really handles that perfectly. I also added the Jack Expander module to the Vector so I had four sequence lines this time to send to the modular.
The drone bass is a Mos-Lab clone of the Moog 901. No need for a sequencer there as it is a single pitch.
The opening sound is the pair of Matrix modules. This sound effect is heard again at the closing passage.
The opening slow pad note sequence is the STG vco's and G294A filter through a Strymon Blue Sky pedal.
The swell pattern is two Q206's to the Q150 filter. The stereo signal is routed through a Lexicon MX200 for pitch shift and chorus.
The distant ghostly piano sounding sequence is two lines from the Vector to a pair of TZ vco's and the Yusynth Arp 4072 filter. The final effect chain is the Stasis Leak delay module and the Z-DSP signal processor.
The flutter sounding noise is the Dove WTF to a Tau Pipe phaser and an Oakly SVF in high pass mode.
The wind effects were the West Coast Noise Source to the MOTM 440 filter and the Q110 noise module to the Dove D502 filter in band pass mode."

02.27.2025 Mos-Lab 2500 - To be continued

video upload by batchas

"The sound of the 2500 takes me into musical territory I've never explored before, plus the fact that I've rewired the whole studio with MIDI.
I took out the Juno 60 that was asleep for too long to add an arpeggio line on top of the 2500, but it did let me down after 10 minutes. I'll have to repair it :(
I replaced it with the Sixtrak, but I'll need more time to set the sound as I like. I might use the Matrix 1000 though. I'll see... Clocking the Juno arpeggio did a super sound that I was not able to get in this session on other synths. I'll have to spend more time and we'll see where it leads me.
Watching the video I realize I should use the Minimoog instead of the Sixtrak."

02.23.2025 Mos-Lab 2500 & Scrotum Lab

video upload by batchas

"Watching the video I'm noticing a small issue with the clock sent to the 2500 from Keystep Pro. I don't know why, but from time to time the clock is acting weird. I'll have to investigate, maybe had a small cap at the clock output. I'll see."
