"On September 3rd, 2022, Dutch Modular Fest hit the former Pieter Baan Center in Utrecht. I got some new gear (more coming soon) but I've been blown away by a performance from J. Daniel Cramer (all the way from Canada). He used four (4!) Doepfer A178's to create a polyphonic Krell on a 'tiny' TipTop Mantis case. (https://www.youtube.com/c/jdanielcramer). I recorded a few snippets of his performance on video so you can be part of it too - and ordered two A178's the days after. So all credits for this idea go to mr. Cramer, Todd Barton and Dieter Doepfer.
I've been wondering if I could translate this concept to my favorite fields of grain: granular synthesis. I took a leap of faith and ordered a second Arbhar. I patched up the two Harvesters with the A178's, Lubadh, QPAS and Mimeophon. So it's still a relatively low module count (I guess 104 HP would do it) but the level of expression is amazing.
