KORG Polysix Arpeggiator

video upload by Matt Wright Music

"I don't spend a great deal of time with arpeggiators in my normal course of writing or performing but one of my favorite use cases is to set one and then have hands free to knock around with other settings on the synth. That's exactly what's happening in this video. Hope you enjoy!"

This Yamaha CS80 Live Multitrack Recording is Stunning

video upload by Andy Whitmore

"After recording the bass & pad, I record 5 takes down. In this video, you see the 5 takes - unedited from the beginning of the track to the end - complete as they are recorded.''Since the release of my video - 'Yamaha CS80: The Most Iconic Sound Machine of All Time', I’ve had requests for specific videos including: 'Famous tracks using the CS80'How to program a CS80'CS80 vs the Jupiter 8'Could you demo the bass line from the 1980 Doctor Who theme? 3rd Planet Mystery for Korg Minilogue XD

3rd Planet Mystery for Korg Minilogue XD (Part 2)

"Buy Link: https://www.natlifesounds.com/product...

NatLife brings you a new Korg Minilogue XD soundbank - 3rd Planet Mystery.

This sound pack is full of unusual Sequences, Cosmic Plucks, poignant Effects, Melodic Arp-sequences, Dark Basslines, and thoughtful Motion sequences.

All this creates the impression of a completely unusual library inspired by the old Soviet cartoon-film - The Secret of the Third Planet, which at one time plunged millions of children into its Cosmic mystery. This film was based on a children's science fiction novella "Alice's Travel" by Kir Bulychev, from Alisa (Alice) Selezneva's book series. Immerse yourself in the world as it was seen in the 80s space dreamers.

In this soundbank, you will find such types of sounds as Bass, Leads, FXs, ARPs, Plucks, Synths, Keys & Sequences.

The sound library was not used by any external Multi engines, so you'll get a clear Minilogue XD sound, using an Analog engine as the main and Digital as modulation or noise additional.

Sound Library includes:

50 Presets
44 Sequences + Motion Sequences."

Who Knew a Snake Plant Could Sing? (bioelectric composition #1)

video upload by Poorness Studios

"The Garden Listener from Clatters Machines is the heart of this patch. The snake plant is producing all of the CV in this patch aside from a few free-running LFOs. Think of it as a musical composition made by a plant.

Introducing Pamela's PRO Workout - ALM034

video upload by ALM TV

"Announcing ALM034 - ‘Pamela’s PRO Workout’ - New classes have started! The next evolution of Pam is here..

’Pamela’s PRO Workout’ is a compact programmable clocked modulation source providing 8 highly editable outputs that can produce everything from simple clocked triggers and complex rhythmic wave forms to quantised melodic patterns, random chaos and more, all correlated and synced to a BPM based master clock.

Building on the original ’Pamela’s Workout’ & ’Pamela’s NEW Workout’ the evolved ’PRO’ Pam maintains the precursors' form factor and intuitive workflow but improves and adds many new features with upgraded hardware, more CV inputs, a new full colour hi res display and rewritten software adding many new enhancements like micro grid timings and cross output modulations.

Pamela's Pro Workout by ALM Busy Circuits : Top 5 Favorite New Features

video upload by Perfect Circuit

"Get your Workout today : https://bit.ly/3GpKv05
Read more on our blog : https://bit.ly/3gbJrm3

ALM Busy Circuits has been creating incredible eurorack modules for the last 10 years, and on the eve of their birthday they give back with the unveiling of Pamela's Pro Workout!"

Originally released in 2012 and updated to ’Pamela’s NEW Workout’ in 2016, the next evolution of Pam, the ‘PRO Workout edition’ will be released by ALM Busy Circuits on the 18th November 2022 worldwide.

Over the last 10 years Pamela’s Workout has cemented its place in Eurorack systems as a must have unique module. Originating as a useful 8 channel clock & function generator it quickly morphed into so much more; a groove box capable of creating Euclidean & randomised rhythms, a generative music maker turning random control voltages into looped quantised melodies or endless generative melodic sequences. A lot of functions that attracted people to Eurorack were accessible in a compact 8HP ‘Swiss Army knife’ - hence its appeal.

With ‘Pamela’s PRO Workout‘ ALM have built on the original designs maintaining the functional form factor and intuitive workflow adding exciting new features:

A Bigger Hi-Res Full Colour Display: Clearer user interface, visual grids, bigger text, colour options and more.

New Wave shapes: Ratchets, Trapezoid, Parabola & 2 new envelope options.

Cross Output Modulations: Link 2 outputs together to create a unique mix of control voltage for resetting, logic functions & creating unique waveforms.

Flex Operations: Utilise ‘micro grid timings’ to create bouncing ball type beat loops, sped up / slowed down outputs or just general chaos.

More CV Inputs: Up to 4 inputs now available for CV control over Pam’s functionality.

Faster dual core processing: with increased timing and output resolution

Bastl Pizza v1.1 - Full Video Manual and Example Patches

video upload by Oscillator Sink

"Bastl have just released the first major firmware upgrade for their digital VCO: Pizza.

The Pizza from Bastl is a flexible and cool sounding digital VCO based around FM (phase modulation) with variable wave shapes, ring modulation and wave folding. Beneath its simple interface, it is a module that urges you to approach it from many different angles to explore its surprising depth.

In this video I have attempted to create a comprehensive video manual, followed by a selection of example patches, showing the module in a wide variety of guises.

Transparency notice: This module was provided to me by Bastl for free. They have not asked for and have not been given any editorial oversight for this video and I have not been otherwise paid for making this video.
