[ELZ_1 play] FM mode of an 8bit wave memory synth experiment

"Today I experimented with the FM mode of the 8BIT WAVE MEMORY SYNTH engine.

This engine has a built-in 2-operator FM synth.
So an 8BIT WAVE MEMORY table is generated by specifying the RATIO and LEVEL parameters of the modulator.
These parameters can also be modulated with LFOs and envelopes.

In today's experiment, I'm modulating the FM RATIO and FM LEVEL parameters with various LFO waveforms.

"Heroic synth melodies and dainty sequences provided by the Sequential Prophet 5, Prophet Rev2, and the Arturia MiniFreak synthesizers.

The arp bassline running through the track comes from the Arturia Minifreak. The Sequential Prophet 5 provided the lead melodies on this synthesizer track. The Sequential Prophet rev2 was used to add a complimentary expressive melody in final third of this track.

Gaze upon gritty vintage footage of London across the Thames as the synth music soars while aircraft land at London City Airport as the sun sets on the city. Thick puffs of smoke cross the screen adding further ambience.
