Circuit Monostation controlling Mother 32 & DFAM

video upload by HardtekStudios

"This is an explanation on how the Circuit Monostation is controlling both the DFAM & Mother-32 using only CV & Gate. Not a new concept. I just never see anyone using the Monostation as a controller for CV gear. I hope it provides some inspiration."

Moog One Presets Pack Vol. 4 by Caught In Joy

video upload by Caught In Joy

"Introducing Moog One custom sounds Presets Volume 4 by Caught In Joy. Most of the patches consist of more than one layer/timbral. Perfect for Berlin School, electronica and synthwave.

Get it at: https://caughtinjoy.com/products/moog...

Moog One to me is a real king of the unique sonic landscapes. Through my sound design choices and experimentation, I created presets that explore new sonic territories, revisit the old ones and push the boundaries of what the Moog One can do. By combining different synthesis techniques, modulation routings, and unconventional settings, you can uncover unique and captivating sounds that are not typically found in factory presets. A lot of presets were inspired by the pioneers of electronic music: Tangerine Dream, Isao Tomita, Richard Barbieri, Jean Michel-Jarre, Vangelis, Klaus Schulze's and Edgar Froese's solo works and Amiga demo scene.

I hope these distinctive sonic landscapes will make your feel special and will inspire you to compose more music.

All patches are compatible with the Moog One Firmware v. 1.5.0 and up. Terms apply."

How much can TEO-5 sound like the OB-X8?!

video upload by

"Patches will be available at https://www.orano.co.uk/shop or http://www.synthsounds.co.uk

I know many of you are curious to how much the TEO-5 sounds like it's counterparts the OB-X8 & OB-6.

In this video, I set out to recreate the very first patch I designed on the OB-X8 two years ago. [below]

The TEO-5 gets very close, it has 100% got that OB goodness!

Not only priced at entry level for Oberheim but packed full of features!"

Scott McAuley OBX8 1st sound made, this thing is huge #OBX8 #TomOberheim #Oberheim

video upload by Scott McAuley Sounds

"Very Brief to let everyone considering this synth and wondering how big it can sound. This is a very quickly thrown together Fast Attack Pad sound. Some PWM, Slight Pitch Mod on One osc, and a touch of Strymon Big Sky for Verb. Opening up the Filter on this beast just has me in awe!

Custom Patches including this one, are available on my website https://www.orano.co.uk/shop"

Roland TB-303 and TR-606 | Short demo tracks that should not be heard

video upload by MIDERA

"So, these are not mine - I purchased them for a friend (with their own money) and will ship these out to them when I can. They let me hang onto them for a while to play them. And I did. And obviously, you will hear that I am not good with them. Anyone who can make awesome music with just these two instruments must be very good. I just didn't do them justice, and I intend to never do them justice because I just don't have the kind of time needed to do it properly. So thankfully I get to ship them out.

You probably shouldn't really listen... I don't think I'll come back to these little patterns ever again. And yes - I wrote them myself, which isn't saying much.

Tiny Synths on the Floor (& a guitar for good measure)

video upload by Musical Miscellany

"I'm back from Knobcon and inspired to do a little improv with some tiny synths. I used the Tele Blender from Error Instruments, MoPho from Dave Smith Instruments, Volca Beats/Bass/Mix from KORG, Boeska Mix-400, and the Boss RE-202 Space Echo. I even threw in a guitar played with E-Bow for good measure.

Nebulae (Digitakt II Exploration)

video upload by AntwaanMusic

"Hi, this is my first song made with Digitakt II only, as well only with Factory samples + the free samples you can find on the website of Elektron.

One more information, this song was built up using the song mode on Digitakt II, there's no post production, in order to really understand and enjoy the sound you get directly from this instrument.

Please enjoy and feel free to share if you like!"
