One of my favorite tracks from the late 70s. I was 7 years old when this song came out.
We Don`t Talk Anymore by Cliff Richard from the album Rock ’n’ Roll Juvenile (1979)
Written by Alan Tarney and produced by the Shadows' guitarist Bruce Welch.

Featured the Oberheim OB-X Synthesizer and Yamaha Reface CP for the Rhodes sound

This cover song series contains my own recreations of my favourite songs from the last 50 years. The original music from which I take inspiration belong to their respective owners. I recreate tracks only for personal passion and to pay homage to these tracks.
My intention is not to create covers that sound exactly like the original (if you want to hear identical sounds, please listen the original). It's more of an inspiration with my sounds from the old synthesizers from the past and of course the great appreciation for the original performers and producers."

video upload by Magical Synth Adventure

"Here's a deep dive into one of the rarest Eurorack modules of all time (only 5 or 6 prototypes were made before cancellation!) - a very special sounding 9-bit wavetable oscillator, with many unique sounding "processors' - FM, wavefolding, sync, delay, you name it!

A million thanks to Richard Nicol from Pittsburgh Modular:

Additional Three Wave Music Listings

"Oberheim DSX sequencer in excellent condition. Includes original owners manual and power cable. Professionally serviced in house. Unit tested and confirmed to function.

The Oberheim DSX is a pre-MIDI digital polyphonic sequencer. It operates using a proprietary parallel bus and was designed for use with the OB-X, OB-SX, OB-Xa and OB-8. Connection was via a heavy 1:1 cable, which plugged from the host DSX to the target synthesizer using a rear DB-37 connector. The DSX is capable of driving up to 16 voices concurrently. Sequences are stored in internal memory after power-off using static RAM which remains powered up from an internal NiCad battery.

The combination of Oberheim DSX, Oberheim DMX and either OB-8 or OB-Xa were marketed as the 'Oberheim System'."

Additional SYNTH CITY Listings

"Like a small handful of other sample based drum machines of the mid 1980s, the Roland TR-707 is a punchy beatbox which still has a home in an electronic musician's toolkit. The sounds all sit wonderfully in a mix to this day, and the individual outputs make this a great machine for the most particular of producers.

This example of the 707 is in great shape, fully functional, and comes with the original manuals and power supply."
