AMYBoard x 2 plus Tulip

"I’ve used the Tulip to set up patches on the two AMYBoards I have. My goal in getting these was to put together a layered setup that would give me some evolving patches. For the video, first I bring in the Tulip, then the first AMYBoard followed by the second AMYBoard. As you can hear, they are capable of some very nice sounds. Check the links below for information on the AMYBoard and Tulip.

AMYBoard and Tulip share a similar microprocessor core, which is used to emulate a Roland Juno 6 and Yamaha DX-7. They also include samples and a drum machine. In order to really make them useful, you’ll need to do some hardware add-ons and programming, neither of which I’m prepared to do unfortunately. I’m hoping someone comes up with a turnkey solution for these, preferably as a kit or idiot-proof plans.

A just-restored Moog Rogue is in the studio. And with some fat bass and analog goodness there was much rejoicing. Raw audio recorded direct via Roland GO:Mixer Pro-X, no post process eq or compression added. Listen w/ headphones or studio monitors to get the full experience! But watch your levels, some signals go into harsh territory.
