Novation Peak - Cinematic Blade Runner Style Sounds
Published on May 10, 2019 Solaires
"Playing around with some cinematic sounds inspired by both the Blade Runner soundtracks. Really enjoying Novation's Peak synth so far. And that reverb is something special.
Just a little bit of Ableton's Echo adding some tape-echo style grit, but otherwise it's all Peak."

"The OB-1 is a simple a great monophonic synth from Oberheim based on the same synth architecture as the SEM. Released in 1978, it was the first truly programmable analog synth of it's time with 8 program memories. Classic and fat sounding bass & lead synth sounds. It has two analog oscillators and a very capable 2 or 4 pole switchable VCF (filter) that sounds great, and a good LFO that can control the VCA or VCF. This is a very versatile monosynth, especially during its time, and makes an interesting alternative to other more common bass-synths."

ARTURIA MICROFREAK // First Test Using Several Original Patches
Published on May 10, 2019 Genshi Media Group
::| TO HEAR THE FULL RANGE OF FREQUENCIES, A GOOD PAIR OF HEADPHONES ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED |::
"This is a first quick test of the Arturia MicroFreak synthesizer using original patches I created. I show the dry signal at the beginning of each clip before pairing up the MicroFreak with my two favorite Effects Pedals - the Empress Effects Echosystem Dual Engine Delay, and the Source Audio Ventris Dual Reverb. Unfortunately, I had to send the MicroFreak back just after making this video due to a hardware (firmware?) defect..."
