Regarding the ClockBox:
"8x MIDI clock generator"

Anyone know where to find more info on it?

Update via Mike: "the Clockbox in the one post is Midibox Clockbox. Attached [below] you can find pictures of my version of this nice tool which is really handy at sessions and live-performances. I've added some functions to the code, e.g. a shuffle-mode. I think Sasha - the builder of the Clockbox in your post has used my extensions in his Clockbox too, as he had asked me for the enhanced code."

via Jules in the comments: "Looks like one of the multiple midibox project : [link]

Look down the page, there are some links and one is a pdf for a 'multiple clockbox'"

Yamaha CS60 MIDI Retrofit Kit

via Kenton where you will find other MIDI kits and more.

"This retrofit kit for the Yamaha CS-60 adds the following MIDI control:

For incoming MIDI:
Any MIDI channel can be selected
Notes (MIDI note numbers 36 - 96) - transpose possible
Program change (numbers 1 - 14 top row and 17 to 30 bottom row)
Pitchbend - (bends up and down a fifth)
Mod Wheel (switch to enable)
Filter cutoff frequency (of low pass filter)
Portamento
Sustain
Volume

By default:
pitchbend is controlled by pitchbend messages
mod wheel is controlled by Mod Wheel (CC#1) and also by Aftertouch messages
filter cutoff is controlled by CC#16
resonance is controlled by CC#17
Volume is controlled by MIDI volume (CC#7)
Sustain is controlled by Sustain (CC#64)
Portamento is controlled by Portamento (CC#65)

however, any controller or aftertouch or velocity can be mapped to control other things so for example velocity could be mapped to control volume.

This kit is to receive MIDI only, no MIDI can be sent from this keyboard.

Hardware:
MIDI In, & Thru sockets
Push button (for programming the MIDI setup)
Setups are stored in non-volatile memory (Eeprom)

The kit comprises the following items:
Circuit board - fits in the base of the CS-60
Small pack - contains DIN sockets and mounting hardware
Large pack - contains cable assemblies
User instructions - How to change from default settings and general instructions
Fitting instructions - step by step fitting guide plus diagrams of where to connect what

All kits are fully checked and tested before despatch

Note: Our retrofit kits are not intended for installation by the end user. They should always be fitted by an experienced synth engineer, particularly this model as it is hardest of all our kits to fit."

Tim Stinchcombe - Diode Ladder Filters

"The success of the Moog transistor ladder filter quickly gave rise to a number of 'look-alikes', which employed diodes in the ladder in order to circumvent the Moog patent. Two of the better-known examples are the Roland TB-303 filter [pictured], and the EMS filter, as used in the VCS3 (and probably other models) - this is the 4-pole '18dB' one; later filters had 5 poles, and were labelled '24dB'"
