Custom Moded Moog Prodigy test

Custom Moded Moog Prodigy test from K4d4w3r on Vimeo.

"So, this one recorded yesterday. A small test of custom moded Moog Prodigy analog synthesizer playing Kraftwerk cover. Note that background beat and bass were also created using this machine. All in all, the range of sounds that this little synth can now produce is quite enormous.
The list of mods:
1. Re-cased
2. PW & PWM for osc's
3. FM input for each osc independently.
4. Different ranges for LFO. From ultra low to audio range.
5. All waves for the OSC's and LFO are available independently.
6. Envelopes outs are available.
7. Drone mode, gate mode and AM input for VCA.
8. Internal 2 channel Midi2CV converter.
9. 2 inverters added.
10. 3 audio and 2 FM inputs for VCF.
11. Glide and filter tracking saved.
12. Independent release switches for Envelopes.

If i remember correctly that's all,but may be more.
All connections now on bananas.

Note this one is for sale now. So if anyone is interested email me at: k4d4w3r(at)mail.ru
I don't know the price so propositions are welcome :)"

Modular Synthesizer jam

YouTube via J0hannesVw

" String sound: OB-12 in slow arpeggio mode
Bass sound 1: Sine VCO sequenced by Baby 10 sequencer and squared up by MFOS ringmod and filtered by MFOS 24dB/Oct LPF
Bass sound 2: Same sine VCO as Bass sound 1 but overdriven by MFOS VCA
Drums: Tr-606
Delay: Reel-to-reel taperecorder
Lead: Two MFOS VCO (saw waveforms) to the MFOS 12dB/Oct SVF in Lowpass mode (Highpass output inversed and fed back to the input) controlled by the MFOS dual AR generator in different modes.

Don't mind the sloppy "solo"."

Xbase Bassdrum goes through M-resonator and in the same time through the Analogue Solutions SY02 routed via the mackie mixer as extra channels.

The mackie mixer generated also the little plate reverb for the XBase HiHats and the Evolver mainline. The Evolver also added Delay and a bit feedback EFX for the mainline.

All Signals goes into the SSL 4000G Buscompressor for a niceful little compression.

Thanks for watching. May you're machines be with you!

Ensoniq EPSm Rackmount 13bit Sampler

YouTube via TheDaydreamSound
"The EPSm Rackmount is probably the most rare of all Enosniq samplers. It came standard with 8 ouputs a SCSI port and expanded memory. It was made in 1989, 1 year after the keyboard version. Of all Ensoniq's rackmount samplers I like the look of this one the best followed by the ASR 10.

On a side note this was Ensoniq's only 13bit sampler.

Eventhough the EPSm came with a SCSI port it will not recognize a Zip drive or most modern SCSI devices. Apparently SCSI was fairly new at the the time. However, it will work with some older Syquest drives.

Once again Thanks for Stopping By!
