"Synth connection" featuring Arturia MiniMoog.

YouTube via TheSynthFreq — "May 12, 2010 — Hi. This is a new retro synth-pop style composition written today after playing with the vst MiniMoog.
:) I used a MiniMoog Vst's arpeggio, which is a first for me, but the arpeggios inspired a new song. I used 8 notes which equals 4/4 time, to set the arp from DX-9's midi out into the computer. The real MiniMoog is Sweet too. I had the chance to play one and its a truly awesome synth. My sister joins me in this song, jammin out the string track on the Motif-6. In the end, I attempted to fade the arp out by lowering its volume on the amp. lol

Please Enjoy! :)

ARP 2600 part1: Sound FX

YouTube via shaft9000 — May 12, 2010 — "Recorded through Allen&Heath ZED R16's A/D converters with no EQ or processing.
I recently had recapped and modded my early 70's Tonus-logo ARP 2600 synthesizer. Everything works great now, plus my tech added extended FM and keyboard/LFO functions - even better than new! You can achieve these sounds using a stock 2600 as well, but mine has a few paths re-routed for convenience, also a rebuilt key-assembly, filter and PSU, an extra LFO etc."

Droning, not drowning (Boss SYB-5 + Boss DD-2 + Behringer FX600)

YouTube via GruithuisenCityMan — May 12, 2010 — "Hello ! My name is Frederic Gerchambeau. I have made this movie and this music. The music has been made with a Boss Bass Synthesizer SYB-5, a Boss Digital Delay DD-2 and Behringer Multi-FX FX 600 effect pedal. The all thing has been made in one take and has not been edited. Enjoy !"

Korg Monotron

"My new toy, a true analogue Korg Monotrone [sic] synthesizer. A revival of the legendary MS-20 filter from the 1970s. The simplest and most profound basic design: VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) -> LFO (Low Frequency Oscillator) -> VCF (Voltage Controlled Filter)

Roland Jupiter-6

"This is the first synthesizer I [the seller, not me for those new to the site] ever purchased on September 5, 1985 from Rolls Music in Falls Church, VA. I'm the original owner and it's never been out of a smoke-free studio environment. I'm very particular about my equipment and it has been taken care of meticulously. Everyone that has seen this keyboard says it looks like it just came off the assembly line. It is in mint condition and sounds great. It has never had any work on it or had any problems. My understanding is that this is one of the last JP6's produced by Roland. This classic keyboard was only manufactured for 2 years from 1983 - 1985 and who knows how many are still around that are fully functional. The Shuttle Bag by Portamento pictured is also included with the keyboard and was made specifically to fit the Jupiter 6."
