Jean Michel Jarre - Oxygene IV - Live

YouTube via Nimanty | February 01, 2011 |
ARP 2500
"Jean Michel Jarre at young age, performing his Oxygene IV in the Dutch television show 'TopPop'.
Notice his random play on the keyboards, an obvious playback performance, much more common back in 1978.
At the time, his performance with all the synthesizers alone gave the audience a huge enough impression. Many even wondered how he could perform the song all by himself.

Images enhanced in colour, sharpness and contrast and soundtrack remastered for better clearity and stereo imaging.

Enjoy! - Nimanty -"

"You draw buttons, and they become key you can play. See the impromptu sound board video for a demonstration of drawing buttons."

Impromptu Sound Board

roboczar | January 23, 2011 |

"Using the Kinect, I can create buttons by just drawing enclosed shapes on a piece of paper! The kinect identifies those regions as buttons that can be activated when I press them with my finger. This program uses ROS, the openni kinect drivers, and software I wrote here at MIT. You can find the code in the mit-ros-pkg repository."

Brainwave controlled monotron

YouTube via bitmat23 | August 23, 2010 |

"This is a brainwave controlled synth i made for a mate for his birthday. The frequency of brainwaves is sent from the sensor digitally to the base station, all I have done is mod the monotron to have a cv/gate input and added a few components to the force trainer to output a voltage determined by the brain activity sensed."

Shruti synth rgb cv controller ball

YouTube via bitmat23 | January 31, 2011 |

"this is an accelerometer chip in a ball that controls an rgb led and also outputs control voltages to a fantastic little synth called the shruti-1 (available as a kit).
I've also added a softpot which is controlling the mix between vco1 and vco2."
