Left: According to Vicmod this is the racked EMS VCS1. I'll see if I can get some additional info on it. You can see another VCS1 in this post from 2007. It was a prototype VCS3.

1990 Tyco HOT KEYZ Keytar Synthesizer Keyboard w/original strap

"This is the 1990 Tycho Hot Keyz Keytar, a "toy" starter synth that is complete and works, still has original strap! I can't speak to the quality of its performance myself, I don't play, I traded for it at a toy show. Runs off of 6 C batteries. None of the buttons seem too tight or too loose, no cracks, sticker good, a little duge in the grooves of the speaker and the wah way lever (which has a little chrome worn off). From what I've been able to turn up, it has:
