"The Drumfire DF-2000 is a 2 channel rackmount drum synth.
The 2 channels are identical, with their own Trigger-In and Audio Out sockets.
Each channel is a mini analogue synth drum module, capable of producing a wide range of electronic drum sounds, and since every parameter is defined by a knob, it's highly tweakable.
The 2 drum channels each have
SENSITIVITY-controls pickup/trigger in sensitivity
OSCILLATOR DECAY-controls decay time of the synth oscillator
NOISE DECAY-controls decay time of the noise sound
SWEEP-alters oscillator frequency
CLICK (Switch)-adds a click sound to the attack
PITCH-changes oscillator pitch
BALANCE-controls balance between oscillator/noise
VOLUME-output volume to mixer
One out can be daisy chained to the next channel's input, so cascading up to a 2 oscillator synth drum sound! Great for crazy/weird/techno-y drum sounds."

Dave Smith Instruments Prophet 12 demo

"This is a compilation of parts from recordings I made when creating patches for the Prophet 12 synthesizer. I recorded much more, but edited down to the the best bits.

DISCLAIMER: There is no particular musicianship in these demos. They were recorded whilst patching mostly with one hand on the keyboard and the other hand tweaking knobs. The purpose of uploading is to give an idea of the tone, sound and character of the Prophet 12 as explored by one sound designer."

MMg0

MMg0 from joseph fraioli on Vimeo.

"A patch that started as an experiment inspired by Peter Speers demonstration of LPG emulation using the Make Noise MMG (DPO>MMG> / Wogglebug> Pressure Points). After wiggling around a bit I multed the output of the MMG into the Mungo g0 in live / record pause mode to create a pitched granular delay as well as added some additional elements.

The basic patch description is the g0 is being modulated by the Synthesis Technology e355 LFO 1 as well as by hand. Also happening is a modulated, cycling Make Noise Function envelope on an FMed Dixie sine wave mixed in and out by way of the Intellijel Planar which is also sending x and y CV to the Grendel Formant filter. Drones by way of e350 and MMF1 with a slow sine from the a147 LFO into an attenuator then 1v/oct input on e350 and e355 LFO 2 on Z morph :) Grainy video courtesy of the wrong ISO settings and whatnot."

"An experiment here that I recorded to tape- using M5N circuits with some modification- now M5X. There's a lot of resonant spring line reverb on this one!"
