Roland MC-505 Demo Track by Greynote Music

"This track is produced using a Roland MC-505 Groovebox.

Explanation:

First, this track is sequenced completely on the MC-505 using custom programmed synth patches. That's 7 sequenced synth tracks in total plus one drum track.

Then, the sequenced tracks where recorded one by one in Logic Pro X.

Finally, the resulting track recordings have been (re)arranged and mixed into a final song.

All source sounds are recorded straight from the MC-505. The track has been finalized using Logic Pro X."

"The C108 is a dual VCA with selectable linear and exponential response.

Each VCA features :
A signal input.
An initial gain control.
A voltage control input with a level potentiometer.
A switch to select linear or exponential response.
An output.

The VCAs in this modules are not only attenuators, they can also boost the input signal. Using the initial gain potentiometer and a five volts CV signal, the VCA has a maximum gain of 2 (doubles the signal amplitude). This is very useful for signal processing or to boost external signals."

Note this does not have any sequencing capabilities.  It is a drum synth aka drum brain.

"This is a fully working very rare Pearl FM-8 Fightman Analog Drum Machine/Synthesizer. I believe it was made before the Syncussion. The closest machine that resembles it in my opinion is a Roland TR-606, except the Fightman has some very real sounding Toms. The Hi Hat, Crash, are very Metallic and the Ride is almost like a Synth Tone, it's beautiful!

This Drum Synth is very hard to come by, trust me.

This unit does not have Midi.

I will include 2 homemade adapters that have 3.5mm inputs so this can be triggered with a trigger sequencer like a Beststep pro, or Modular Synth."
