techno jam "FM126" with Synthstrom Audible Deluge Moog Sub Phatty, MB33 and Volca FM

Published on Jan 17, 2018 Shimanski Beats

"A new dawless techno jam using with my recently acquired Deluge and a limited setup of external gear. I'm getting to like the sequencer more and more, particularly the opportunity of combining patterns with different amounts of steps. The internal sound engine is also nice to create and modulated techno FM sounds.

All recorded in one go, no over-dub.

Instruments:
Deluge: drums, first FM sequence, FM drone and hardware sequencer
Volca FM: second FM sequence
MB 33 retro: analog bass
Sub Phatty: analog sequence

external FX: Lexicon MX 200, TC Electronic M-One XL & M-350"

Enjoy the new jam and some extra fine cutz from Ritchie Ruftone!"

---------

Usage:
- Knob A0: Threshold above which Wave 1 will be output, below will be the inverted Wave 2
- Knob A1: Clock divier value (higher = higher division, i.e. slower clock)
- Knob A2: Attenuator for Wave 1 input
- Analog In 2: Input for Wave 1 (unipolar, scaled to 0-5V, input above 5V will fold over)
- Knob A3: Attenuator for Wave 2 input
- Analog In 3: Input for Wave 2 (unipolar, scaled to 0-5V, input above 5V will fold over)
- Digital Out D0: Trigger on Wave 1 input above Threshold, divided Clock Divider
- Digital Out D1: Trigger on Wave 2 input above Threshold, divided Clock Divider
- Clock In: Cycle through modes: combiner (A2 above threshold, inverted A3 below), mixer (A2-A3), multiplier (A2*A3) and silence (patch D0 to Clock In for rhythmic fun)
- Analog Out: Waveform output (unipolar, 0-5V)

Synthesis Technology - E370 *FIRST PATCH* Chords & Awesomeness

Published on Jan 17, 2018 DivKidVideo

"If you're a Patreon supporter I have an exclusive video for you breaking down the whole patch with sound generation, mixing, EQ, FX, sequencing, "live playability" and clocking/rhythm generation etc. If not I hope you still enjoy this video anyway which is my first patch with the E370 from Synthesis Technology. The E352 is fantastic (see below) so I knew this would be great. Using a quad quantising/chord generator I'm making chord sounds and splitting this into a slowly generative polyphonic patch with FX and soft drums in the background."
