Arturia Micro Freak Paraphonic Test...
Is it any good for Ambient Music? Pads?? Let's see!!!!
I am using my favorite Roland JP-8000 as MIDI controller.
The Micro Freak is not responding to SYSEX CC's from the
JP-8000 but it responds to the Ribbon Controller (Cutoff)
WAY better to play the Micro Freak with real keys than the
Micro Freak's "keys" - they are cool but can be hard to master
at first. The Micro Freak does make nice Pads, Drones, ETC.
But just remember the Micro Freak's limits and you will be able
to play it comfortably and make it sound natural, flowing....
Recorded DRY into Ableton LIVE with NO extra FX! ;)

Control your home with CV & a beautiful chord interface - Elektrofon Klang + Hue // Superbooth 2019

Published on May 24, 2019 DivKidVideo

"Elektrofon announced KLANG their polyphonic CV generator giving you a simply STUNNING interface for making 4 voice chords in Eurorack. The module can save chord tones and sequence between them with external clocks and CV. Really simple interface, beautiful, easy to see clock like dials show what each note/voice is playing too. There's also a prototype Philips Hue interface that takes Eurorack CV signals to control the Hue protocol. This is just basic colour hue and brightness on the prototype but Rune is developing an interface with much more CV input and an app to integrate that ... just imagine a totally CV controlled home, the family would love it!"

"Here's a sneak preview of the Stylophone Gen R-8 synthesizer from Superbooth 2019.

The Gen R-8 is sort of an uber-Stylophone - combining the original's stylus interface with a much more powerful semi-modular synth engine."

"#Ambient #Berlinschool #Dawless

I wanted to start a new series of music for synthesizers and sequencers. This is the first track "Music for Sequencers 1".

All sounds are from Dave Smith Instruments REV2, Virus TI & Moog Sub37. Both sequences are triggered from the internal sequencers. Delay: Strymon Timeline, Reverb: Eventide Blackhole. Mixing: Mackie 1202LVZ4. No edits were made, I recorded the music directly to stereo.

“I’ve been really blown away by Motor Synth by Gamechanger Audio. It’s an analog electromechanical synthesizer. All the discs and motors they are very cool, very nice, very different from the visual point of view and of course, the sound is quite extraordinary.” - Jean-Michel Jarre
