FIVE MINUTES WITH - Transcendent 2000 + Meris Polymoon + Mercury 7

Published on Jan 3, 2020 sonicstate

"A rare treat in the form of the Powertran Transcendent 200 DIY Kit synth from the 1970's paired with the Meris Polymoon and Mercury 7 pedals.
Even though the Transcendent is a bit broken, it's still got it."

The Controller Duel | PG-800 Vs. MPG-8 | Roland JX-8P/MKS-70/SuperJX

Published on Jan 3, 2020 Espen Kraft

"If you're looking for a controller for the Roland JX-8P/MKS-70/JX-10 you have many options.
The classic original controller, the PG-800 is great if you're a collector mostly concerned about the authenticity of your collection. The original controller works very well IF the faders are still working ok.
The MPG-8 from Retroaktiv is great if you want a new controller that has some extra features, is small and ready for the Vecoven mods for these synths.

Check it out here: https://retroaktivsynthesizers.com/

The opening music is called "We Can Do It" and is mostly made with a actual Roland JX-8P. The song can be found here: https://spoti.fi/2MNbOow"

Synthtech E520 Hyperion Processor with GUITAR | Moot Booxle Sound Demo | No Talking

Published on Jan 3, 2020 mootbooxle

"Moot Booxle demonstrates the #SynthesisTechnology #E520 processor with an electric guitar. No other effects have been used, except a stereo cabinet simulator via IK AmpliTube 3. I wanted to have a bit more typical electric guitar sound than just a DI sound.

So the signal path is Peavey Strat w/ EMG pickups ; Mono input of E520 ; ART TPS II tube preamp ; Tascam DM-4800 console ; Logic Pro X ; AmpliTube 3 ; Limiter.

Check out the E520 at https://synthtech.com/"

"Acid Improv for The Monthly Acid Pattern Group, each month a pattern goes up and members make their own renditions - just for fun and of course the acid. Check out the group and the January pattern I created here.

This totally unrehearsed and improvised jam has 2x 303s being sampled in real-time by the Octatrack. All drum and percussion sounds via the TR-909 and MachineDrum.

No computer or DAW were hurt during this jam.
