"RITMOBOX - is a compact, analog drum synthesizer inspired by the drum machines/synthesizers of the 70s-80s with a built-in 8-step sequencer and MIDI.

It has 37 controls, 3 switches and 14 buttons with which you can have a wide control over the sound parameters, sequencer and MIDI. It has individual audio outputs for each of the five sounds and a mix output.

Each unit is carefully hand assembled in Moscow/Russia using discrete through-hole components and OTA chips.

Fully analog, discrete components;

5 individual sound channels: CH, OH, 3 separate Generators (G1, G2, G3) each with its own oscillator, individual pulse (“kick”), noise, LFO and other modulations;

Anyone confirm only 30 were produced? You can find a couple of demos of one in prevoius posts here, but no mention of how many were produced. If you know, feel free to comment at the bottom of this post.

"AVP MBS-100 Bass Sythesizer. Incredibly rare only 30 were Hybrid analog-digital synthesis;

Voltage-controlled digital oscillators (VCDO) — two, each with four waveforms: saw, square, pulse 1 (25% rate), pulse 2 (10% rate).

Note: Pulse 1 and 2 are equivalent to PMW but have fixed positioning similar to the likes of «Aelita», «Polivoks» synthesizers for e.g.

Octave ranges — 3 octaves for OSC1 and 5 octaves for OSC2;

Voltage Controlled Filter (VCF) — one fully analog 12 db/oct low pass filter with cutoff and resonance parameters;

Envelope Generators (ADSR) – two;

Voltage Controlled Amplifier (VCA) – one, fully analog distortion effect selection switch;

Low frequency oscillator (LFO) — one with two waveform options (square and triangle) to control the VCF.

MIDI interface — MIDI In, MIDI Thru (16 channels + Omni);

Audio output — one mix output (mono 6.3 mm jack);

Controls — 19 knobs, 3 switches, 4 buttons and 11 LED indicators;

Rare AVP Synth PolyRhythm

"AVP PolyRhythm dual analog filter + phaser. These are extremely rare as only 20 were ever made. It has two VCFs: Polivoks filter and Ritm-2 filter. It uses authentic Soviet components and circuity in accordance with well-known Soviet synthesizers, produced in USSR back in the 80's and 90's. The Polyvoks has low-pass and band-pass with one input and two outputs (one for each filter) and the Ritm-2 has low-pass with one input and one output. It has an internal LFO and CV inputs for both sides.

One pot was replaced by a certified synthesizer repair store after I accidentally broke it trying to pull off a KickDisk. The replacement pot is the same value and taper as the original.

Power supply included! (For areas of the world with 120V mains)

"AVP Synth have been making analog drum synthesizers for a number of years now the ADS MK2 is the latest addition to their unique analog drum machine line up. With a complete through hole design the ADS mk2 features 7 drum sounds 4 of which are designed with specific drum sounds in mind; Bass Drum, Clap, Closed Hihat and Open Hihat. The other 3 are designed to give you a wide ranging drum synthesizer that can cover everything else you might need from snare drums to drone synths.

The sequencer is a 16 part sequencer which has record mode, step programming and pattern chaining of up to 16 parts. Patterns can be up to 256 steps. The extra tracks can be used to sequence external gear via MIDI or trigger outputs. Each individual drum synth can also be triggered via external triggers.
