You can find some basic history on Moog Music on Wikipedia and of course the Analog Days book in the Synth Books section on the right of this site. I'm actually surprised there isn't more on Wikipedia.

Casio Vl-1 and pedals

This is the Casio Vl-1 going through a Moogerfooger Lowpass filter, then into a Mid-fi electrronics Pitch pirate and then into a Boss PS-2 and then into a Frostwave sonic Alienator.
