Studio Electronics Modmax

Note this is not new. All new NAMM posts will be labeled with NAMM. The usual posting will continue as always. That said, this might be an interesting tidbit of info for some. I spotted a note on this electro-music.com thread that the Modmax filter sports the Oberheim filter in it. I took a look at the Studio Electronic's Modmax page and sure enough it does. "These Premium Quality Pedals rock the Omega Series potent 12db Filter as only Sir Caswell could." If you look at the the Omega page you will see the 12db filter is modelled on the Oberheim filter. You can find some samples on site.

NAMM Rumor: NI to Release Hardware Synth?

Anyone else heard the rumours about a Native Instruments DSP box to be unveiled Thursday?
If this is true (and it runs Reaktor) it could be an alternative to the G2(especially if you could plug the Kore 2 controller into it ... now I know I'm dreaming).
