You can patch a similar thing with the sine waves of a quadrature oscillator (offset 90 degrees), and 4 additional oscillators (self-oscillating resonant filters included), but they don't have to be sine waves. The broken lined "flowers" are saws and squares. The audio is filtered through a PlanB Model 12 filter that's being modulated by one of the subo-scillators (the oscillator that's synced to the master oscillator that only modulates the filter and syncs one of the "audio" oscillators). YouTube via ucapps "The making of a new bassline demo with MIDIbox SID V2. This major update can conrol up to 8 SID soundchips with four PIC microcontrollers, connected to a CAN network. There are 4 dedicated sound engines for Leads/Basslines/Drums and polyphonic multi sounds, which can run on any PIC core as desired.
In this demo, four 8580 SIDs are used (...but my own box is fully stuffed, it just wasn't required to use the remaining ones) The first core plays drum sequences, the second core two independent bassline sequences.
The sequences are interactively selected from a MIDI keyboard, and sound parameters like CutOff/EnvMod/Decay are changed with faders/joystick/Control Surface.
The Audio Output of the SID which plays the lower octave bassline is feedbacked to the Audio Input for increased resonance and distortion.
You listen to pure and unique SID sound - and it is sequenced live! Only external EQs, compression and delay effects have been added.

How to sync a Juno 60 arpeggio with stuff you've already got from 6am on Vimeo. "So what you do is feed a short, loud sound into the Arpeggio Clock In of a Juno 60 (or 6, I assume) - and whenever the sound is played it will trigger the next note in the Juno's Arpeggiatorater buffer. Don't think it matters terribly what the sound is - I'm using a rimshot here - the key to the sound is that it's loud and short and bippy.
Course the best thing about this is being able to trigger the arpeggio irregularly, and also if you feed LONG sounds in then you get weird commodore 64 style smearings as the notes trigger too fast - which is quite good too.

The cartoon series never came to fruition, but the tracks are now available online. The recordings were inspired by Perrey & Kingsley, and other fun "Switched On" records. There are some wacky covers ("Smoke On The Water", "Blitzkrieg Bop", "I Think I Love You") and some originals as well.

Analog synths used were Minimoog and Oberheim Matrix-12, sequenced with one of those Akai ASQ-10 Sequencers. Recorded into a Tascam Porta One.
Other synths: Roland S-550 sampler, Yamaha TX-802, Alesis HR-16B, Kurzweil K1000. Also, some cheap toys bough on Canal Street.

And more...There's a Sync24 to MIDI clock converter w/ Sync24 Thru ! The Digi-Atom 4800 will send Start, Stop and Clock message from a Sync24 master to any MIDI sequencer or drum machine. As you can guess, you can expect a lot of fun and experiments with this unit. But let's see an example of setting [see second two scans below]
