"Part 1 of 3 live improvisation recordings based on Alesis Ion and Doepfer modular system. Video combines images from the recording sessions and home takes with lot of effects.

Day 1 - 21/06/2009: after expending some time on the evening playing with my new Ion, I've created a nice and flexible pad that I love to play. It goes thru reverb, delay, phaser and vocalmorph effects on the EMU soundcard. On the other hand, my Doepfer grooves with a sequence (based only on LFO's and envelopes) making noises, sirens and some kind of percussive sounds with also delay and reverb. I just loved the atmosphere created and recorded. No post treatment on the audiotrack."
