YouTube via TheSynthFreq "Hi. :) This is a short video example of 3 TVF configurations to make an E-guitar patch. The patch I made for D-50 is close to the lead sound that I wrote for the Alpha Juno-1, although it is a little thinner sounding. The Alpha Juno-1 has a very warm VCF/VCA so it is going to have a little different texture to it. I discuss some information about the TVF, Time and Levels in the TVF with attention to T2 settings. I am not a great presenter, and I talk too fast, but I hope this info makes sense and doesn't cause more confusion than necessary! :) LOL This E-guitar patch uses 3 of the 4 oscillators and can be configured in 3 ways, 1 where the time and the effect is dependent of the time setting (T2) in the TVF, 2 where the velocity (TVF -WG PW velocity = +/- 0-7) is in effect or 3 where no velocity or time is specified, and there is no "evolution" to the sound over time. Please enjoy! :) TSF"

Sound of Shadows feedback level modulated by an MFB dual LFO. Hertz Donut, AFG, RS95 and Z3000 provide the sounds. Maths, MFB dual ADSR provide envelopes. A152 switches sequences from Z8000. Vulcan+Mindmeld modulating an A108, A101 and Polivoks filters. Few more bits going on but you get the idea. The SoS gives it that dubtastic sound...gotta love that module!"
YouTube via gavincurtis "A series of videos showing the ground up restoration of my ailing CS-80. Working CS-80's are playing music on borrowed time as their 70's era MOS, armadda's of deteriorating digital ICs and leaky electrolytic capacitors take their toll on these grand machines. This video covers restoration of the SH (sample and hold) control board. Parts used in each video are available in kits on ebay. Each kit covers a particular module in the CS-80 so other people can restore their vintage synth. Music is a CS-80 is from the great animated "Starchaser" movie soundtrack."
