Bee Gees Rhythm Machine

via this auction

"This 1978 Vintage Bee Gees Rhythm Machine is a great addition to any music collection. The Mattel Synthesizer still works and has three different settings (Disco, Pop & Latin). It has been used by many artists to add a unique sound to a recording or live show. The auction comes with the original box and music book but both are in rough shape. The actual synthesizer is in great vintage shape with a clean battery compartment area and cover. Just plug in a 9-Volt battery and you are ready!"

CONAIR Circuit Bent SOUNDS OF NATURE

via this auction
"It has 10 different nature sounds......, tropical forest, thunderstorm, summer night, ocean waves, whitenoise, heartbeat, songbirds, waterfall, running stream, rainfall.

I have add 2 body contacts,a pitch pot with ball knob to turn the pitch waaaaay down for amazing drone sounds and a RCA output jack to send the signal to an amp or stereo system. There is also an internal speaker so you don't have to plug it into an amp to hear sounds.

A great source for sampling sounds or for use live on stage. The size of this unit is approx.8" x 5" x 2". It uses 4 ``AA`` cells, not included. Will also work with a 9 volt power adaptor, not included.(If you use buy it now i will include a power adaptor)

Volume control on front of unit and a switch to set for auto timer on/off.

Here is a list of the circuit bent features:
- 2 body contacts that change the pitch and tone of the sound when you touch them.
- 1 Pitch change pot with ball knob to drop the pitch waaaaay down for amazing drone sounds.
- 1 RCA audio output jack to send the signal to an amp or stereo system.

This unit will work as normal with all bending controls off. This unit is designed for recording sounds in the studio. It can make some amazing sounds and drones! It makes sounds that you can't get from any other instrument! Great for techno, sound FX, electronic music."

Muon Tau Bassline Demo

Muon Tau Bassline Demo by Bronto Scorpio
"Just Tau Bassline and a simple delay."
Note: the demo above is the Tau Bassline 10th Anniversary Edition which is different than the following. See the update below.

"Tau Bassline MkII is a monophonic bass line synthesiser with a single digitally modelled analogue oscillator, filter and decay envelope. Despite the basic architecture a wide range of synthetic bass tones can be created and tweaked in real-time, ideal for the acid and techno purist.

FEATURES

64-bit waveform oscillator - with 2x oversampling for authentic warm analogue style sawtooth and square waveforms, without noise or digital artefacts.

18db Lowpass resonant filter - carefully modelled to have a classic, squelchy tone.

Full MIDI control - fully assignable MIDI CCs mean you can just right click on the user interface and link up to your hardware controller straight away.

COMPATIBILITY
Tau Bassline MkII is now compatible with the latest VST2.4 and Audio Unit host programs for Windows and OSX computers."

Update via Muon Software Ltd the comments: "Just wanted to say hi and thanks for the post. The audio demo is actually Tau Bassline 10th Anniversary Edition however, not Tau MkII.

If you want to get hold of Tau 10th Anniversary for free, look us up on Facebook.

Euclidean Rhythms MIDI Pattern Demo

YouTube Uploaded by WouterHisschemoller on May 21, 2011

"This is a short demo of a Java application I wrote that generates polyrhythms based on a mathematical algorithm, also known as Euclidean rhythms. The application sends MIDI notes to connected soft- or hardware. In this demo MIDI is sent to four tracks in Ableton Live, where each track recives on a different MIDI channel.

The video serves as an illustration for an article about the software. Read it here:

There's some tracks I made with the software on my SoundCloud page:
