"Most chiptune artists today use 'software synths' to try to recreate the unique sound we grew to love, but even the best emulation can't capture all the tones and nuances of a real NES. Now, using the Chip Maestro, you can use your NES to compose your music, right on the console! Chip Maestro allows you to play your NES using any MIDI keyboard, or by hooking up your favorite DAW through a USB-MIDI converter. By controlling the 2 Pulse waves, Triangle wave, and Noise channel, you can compose 8 bit symphonies that sound exactly like the originals!"

Killscreen Modular Synth Patch (Doepfer/Eurorack, Tinysizer, Moog Slim Phatty, Vermona DRM-1)

Published on Aug 8, 2013 flx04·45 videos

"Made a patch with the modulars and added some Slim Phatty. The modulars sequence themselves and also trigger the Vermona DRM-1's kick drum, which is mixed together with an additional square wave from the Tinysizer. The Slim Phatty is played by hand with the keyboard, to add some "padding". All other sounds are from the modular patch. Questions or comments? Go ahead and post them below! :) Thanks for watching! Menu driven interface for Arduino

Published on Aug 8, 2013 makipri·9 videos

"I created a template for creating a hierarchic menu system for Arduino. It can be controllable with a rotary encoder or a set of buttons, three is a minimum. You can select and store presets into memory locations, edit strings, integers and lists.

The LCD is driven through my version of LCD4BitShiftRegister that is compatible with Arduino's Serial class, http://kaverit.org/svn-pub/arduino/li...

Code and schematics will be published this fall."
