Happy Synthesizer
Happy Synthesizer (Dance Cover) [Mirrored] Uploaded on Nov 30, 2011 Surimuchan·339 videos
"As suggested by danglam99, this is a mirrored version of my dance cover of "Happy Synthesizer." There is also a tutorial for this dance available on my channel. I hope this helps those who want to learn the dance~. I highly suggest watching the original dance by めろちん (Melochin) as well.
Thank you for watching~!"

Why post this?
Being subbed to 'synthesizer' on YouTube I've been seeing a new dance cover of this daily. Been losing my mind. I've been waiting for a version to actually feature a synth to post it. None yet. So why post this now? I finally looked it up. It turns out the vocals are 100% synthesized with Yamaha's vocal synth engine Vocaloid. And there you have it. And of course it's a happy song about synthesizers! Enjoy! BTW, this dance currently dominates the term "synthesizers" on YouTube for new videos.
DSI Evolver - 7 patches

"7 patches I made on the Evolver synth, no audio post processing, raw sound. It is the most poly monosynth I know."
Human Intervention - "Moments Lost" Entry
"This is a sound entry for the "Moments Lost" contest.
The sound of rain infiltrates the automatic transport carrying an engineer to an android facility. An emergency alarm was triggered late at night, and the remote computers could not solve the issue.
As the transport enters the building, it ascends the mag-lift heading for the main production floor. Unlike the office areas, there are no windows - the only light is that of monitors and the sheen of androids mounted on the halted production line.
The engineer walks down a corridor where a mechanical jam was reported. There is a faint cry over the alarm. While heading down the corridor, a flashlight is pulled out. The light reveals a mangled android tying up a main production servo. This is not unheard of. Usually an arm would come loose, and one one of the sweep-bots would automatically remove it from the production floor.
Nothing out of the ordinary, just a more expensive error. The only thing left to do is remove and recycle the machine to cut the loss. The sooner this mess is cleaned up, the sooner the engineer can head back to bed"
Gear used:
Korg DSS-1 as a controlling keyboard/table
Mutable Instruments Shruthi as the alarm
Kawai K1m as the rain
Effectron II and Korg PME for effects
Yamaha MM10 for the mixer
Berhinger Ultra Patch for routing
Building the DIY Synare 3 Clone | Analog Drum Synth

"Here's a video of a DIY Synare 3 Analog Drum synth built from the kit available at:
http://www.helensson.com/synare-3-kit...
This is a pretty easy kit to build, and comes with all of the necessary parts except for an enclosure. I used an old desktop calculator, and added a wood panel for the controls. This has a wide sonic range, and is quite useful when being triggered by another machine, in my instance a Yamaha RX-11."

Roland GR-77B Analog Bass Synth with RC-1324-VR and GK-3 Guitar

"A few years ago I was asked the question: can you play a Roland GR-33B bass guitar synth with a Roland G-303 guitar? Intrigued by this question, I tested it out, and made a video clip of a Roland G-303 guitar playing a GR-33B bass synth. It works pretty well, though I have to note that the GR-33B is set up only to respond to strings E, A D and G, so you get output on four strings, instead of six.
I wanted to do a similar test with the a GR-77B, so I am using this GR-77B synth, which while it has some wear and tear, functionally is in perfect condition, all the switches work, the unit had all the orginal factory prestes, etc. And like the GR-33B, I found out that it also works really well with a guitar input."
