"This is in EXCELLENT physical condition (see the pictures) BUT note:

-The original screen printing said 'XBase 999' under the Jomox logo. The screen printing smudged easily so I removed the "Xbase 999" with a magic eraser. Thought it looked cleaner. See the image, in certain light you can see that it's smoother where the screen printing used to be.
-There are a few MINOR smudge's in the screen printing (like I said it's super sensitive printing) and the wood ends have a few minor imperfections."

A quick and dirty (and a bit sloppy) test of four of my analog synths. Yeah I know, technically the DSI Evolver is an analog/digital hybrid, but whatever, this was just a fun test for me to do. A touch of reverb (courtesy of ValhallaVintageVerb) was added to a couple of the tracks once recorded into Ableton Live."

Jodorowsky's DUNE Soundtrack Composter Kurt Stenzel Suffer's Stroke

You might remember The Synths of Jodorowsky's Dune. It appears the composer for the film Kurt Stenzel suffered a stroke.  If you'd like to help out, there is a fundraiser page to help him and his family out on GoFundMe here. Please share the link with others.

"On May 16th, Kurt Stenzel – dedicated father, loving partner, generous and loyal friend, artist, musician, and space explorer – suffered a massive stroke to the left side of his brain, paralyzing the right side of his body and greatly limiting his ability to communicate. Since that time, Kurt has been hospitalized and is now working hard in various therapies to begin the long and challenging process of regaining both his mobility and speech. I’m happy to report that he’s making great strides in his recovery, and approaching rehab with his trademark optimism and lust for life."

Quadraphonic: Space as Metaphor

Beginning Friday, August 1, Bruce Bayard and I will be performing as the duet Control Voltage Therapy, presenting a series of concerts every First Friday at the Schneider Museum of Art. Featuring two Buchla Easel electronic music instruments, and a quadraphonic sound system, we'll be exploring Space as Metaphor. The concerts are every First Friday, August through December beginning at 11am. Some months will have special guests to be announced. The performances are free and open to the public. Performances begin at 11 a.m.

The Schneider Museum of Art is located on the Southern Oregon University campus.
