"This Polymoog is the Synthesizer version, not the preset keyboard version. ( you can dial up those sounds as well with this one) In all honesty, it is in exemplary condition! Once owned by Larry Fast of Synergy Serial # 3348. He also owned a prototype Polymoog too. I had $800 exactly worth of service done to it by a qualified synth tech who used to work for Moog in the 70s to get it to where it is now, roughly 95-98% which is uncommonly good for these synthesizers if you know anything about these guys! :) Also, this is a later model, one of the last production runs, which is good because they ironed out most of the bugs by then. I will provide the receipt I received for the repair work. I have not had any problems with this synth, since the work was completed 4 years ago! I will provide at first a rough video demo, followed by a more detailed one which will go over all the Waveforms, notes, VCF section, Resonator section, Trigger in/outs ( you can run another synth or drum machine through its filter)
Variation Mode ( sound building ) Mixing, splitting keyboard, Sample and Hold, A D S R, Pitch shift, tunings, multiple and individual volume controls, ribbon controller, Cutoff, Modulation, and so forth and so on. All of these functions listed above work! A couple of the LEDS do not light up! All 71 keys sound cleanly on all waveforms with the exception of one note, which does not sound on the sawtooth waveform. However, you can combine waveforms and then it resonates at an equal volume. Lastly, however beautiful sounding and iconic these synthesizers are, they are also notorious for not liking to be moved! When for example I move mine from the first floor to the 3rd floor I have to turn it at an angle, when this occurs most times the polycards become somewhat dislodged. I usually only have to apply a small amount of pressure to the roof of the keyboard, to get the synth back to normal! Really funny actually, and it never fails to kick it back in gear. This being said, I would MUCH Prefer not to ship this synthesizer due to its delicate nature. Pick up is most welcomed, and you could even demo it for as long as you want and then afterwards press the magic "buy it now" button! Absolutely NO SHIPPING OVER SEAS!!! Sold As/Is NO RETURNS"

"This JP-6 has the Synthcom Systems, Inc. Europa firmware upgrade which gives it an up-to-date and comprehensive MIDI implementation. All parameters are controllable via Continuous Controller or SysEx. Europa also features an extensive arpeggiator which will sync to MIDI clock with programmable clock divisors and rhythms, and has about 50 more playback variations than the JP-6's original Up, Down, Up/Down, and Down/Up. This Europacized Jupiter-6 is a thoroughly modern synth with a classic sound."

"Kawai SX-240 on custom dual mode Mono/String Patch with hovering "heavenly" preset patch on Ensoniq SQ-1 With custom, punchy Linn-Drum pattern repeating over top secret erractic late night neurotic mix down so not to forget the best nightmare I ever had~..."

"This is an amazing drum machine!!! And yet, like a lot of vintage gear it seems, it has its good days and bad days... Well , to be perfectly frank, mostly bad days lately! : / It always powers up and always makes drum sounds, which is good, but it sometimes won't save your drum patterns for very long after you power off, and is VERY glitchy! Tempo knob works fine, but it is hard to understand what your tempo reading is! LED matrix is screwy! Most all of the LED's light up, but some are less persistent while others just don't want to do anything it seems! However, ALL the Individual outputs, tuning, mixer section, triggers inputs and outs, jacks, and all the drum sounds are all good to go! This Linndrum is in beautiful physical condition!!! Very few, scuff marks or scratches, no major blemishes. All sliders work great too!Honestly, this is the best sounding drum machine I have ever owned! I've owned about 25 or so drum machines through the years, mostly vintage kits! It is just a pity, it can't save the patterns. :(
2-23 -2015 I did play it last night for nearly 2 hours and it was working a bit better. It actually saved my patterns for an entire night, as they were still there when I powered it on this afternoon. You can also save them to your computer. (created drum patterns and songs) Last night, I also triggered it out into an Arpeggiator on a Korg Poly 61 and it worked great! I discovered too that tuning down the low Congo gives you an insanely fat bass drum! THIS LINNDRUM WILL NEED REPAIR! It is strictly being sold as/is for parts or repair. No Refunds!"

Camel Audio Acquired by Apple?
via MacRumors
"Apple appears to have acquired popular music plug-in and effect maker Camel Audio, based on information found on corporate registry site Companies House [PDF]. Camel Audio's address has been updated to 100 New Bridge Street, which is Apple's London address, and the company's sole director is now listed as Apple lawyer Heather Joy Morrison, suggesting the company is in the possession of Apple.
Camel Audio is known for its range of plug-ins, synthesizers, effects, and sound libraries, which were available via the company's Alchemy software. Previously available for $249, Alchemy included more than 1000 sounds, 5.5GB worth of samples, a powerful additive resynthesis engine, spectral resynthesis, a virtual analog synthesizer, and more. Its powerful engine was highly useful to those who liked to create and manipulate audio for unique sounds."
Interesting. Curious if it will become part of Garage Band. Deeper instruments coming to the platform?
