"We just got the MantaMate prototype to be able to understand joystick data. Here's Reid Oda using a flight sim joystick to control a modular synth, without a computer involved -- the MantaMate module acts as a USB host for the joystick and converts the information to control voltages."

Side note: I did a quick search on MantaMate in the archives and found the one and only post from back in 2011! As Morrissey would say, "these things take time..."

"Made an interesting patch on the Verbos Electronics system the other day, so I thought I'd have a fiddle with it today for the camera.

Off screen there's an Arturia Minibrute (hacked SE firmware) providing the basic sequence, which is being modulated by the Multistage, and a Strymon BigSky adding a bit of (over the top) reverb. Audio is going straight into the camera so not perfect."

"The Harvestman Tyme Sefari MkIIの機能を概観した字幕解説つきチュートリアルです。

最初にTyme Sefariの基本的な機能を紹介し、後でそれを応用したパッチなどを行います。

原音は、Hikari SineをTiptop Audio Z8000でシーケンスし、VCAのエンベロープにはPEGを使用しています。Pis­ton Hondaの外部入力をでフィードバック信号の処理で使っています。

後半のドラムループは、Tiptop Audio Circadian Rhythmsで同じTiptopのドラムモジュールをシーケンスしています。

4ms QCDとエキスパンダーは、シーケンサーの外部クロックやTAP入力として、またTr­ansportコントロールのゲート入力など色々なところで使用しています。
