"Toi + moi by Grégoire is one of my favorite songs all time. When I stumbled across an acappella version by Lachtite du coin I decided to put some music to it."

In a new limited-edition reproduction run, 55 brand new units were made using new old-stock parts, and original hand-assembled manufacturing techniques - a late 1970's classic, yet made from scratch in the modern day: The mighty Moog System 55. We visited Ty's incredible studio along with the folks at Giraffe Audio to deliver, unpack and install his new System 55, and chat about what led him to add this monster to his arsenal of synthesizers..."

In this episode we took a ride with the best eurorack oscillators to see what the tube does with the shapes. 6 inputs created 1 unique output signal by changing the levels of the input signal. We also powered up our massive retro oscilloscope built by world-famous Hungarian manufacturer Orion in the 1950's.

"TRI:.OBYTE is an artist / musician experimenting within Electronic, Ambient, Classical, Avant Garde, and Noise music, preferring to not operate solely within a specific genre. TRI:.OBYTE uses an array of synthesizers (both analogue and digital / modern and vintage), odd circuit-bent instruments, and varied experimental techniques in performance and production to create textures in music which conjure a feeling or mental image within sound that is simultaneously primitive and futuristic .
