Rheyne - Live Jam #171
Published on Apr 18, 2017 Rheyne
"Live looping with all sounds from Moog and Make Noise synths and modules. Each synth voice is played on a NI KompleteKontrol 49 keyboard, with presets stored on different MIDI channels for separate control of each voice.
The hi-hats are created by muting and un-muting a clock signal from a Make Noise Tempi, set to a 10ms duty cycle and fed to the VCA input of a Dave Smith DSM01 filter, which is receiving noise from one of the Moog Mother-32 modules. The S+H effect on the filter is from another clock signal on the Tempi sent to a Make Noise Wogglebug, with its random voltage output sent to the DSM01 VCF input. The Tempi is kept in sync with Ableton from one of the outs on an Expert Sleepers ES-8 and a clock signal from Silent Way.
MIDI loops are recorded in Ableton with a Novation Launchpad, and Lemur is running on an iPad as an Ableton remote. All effects are from Ableton. Audio was recorded with the ES-8 and a PreSonus 1818VSL, with the final output recorded to the balanced inputs of a Tascam DR-44 from the mixer."

"A sublime vintage analog synthesiser which has been kept in a smoke free studio, and due to a recent studio move some items are being sold due to space restrictions.
The CS60 is the smaller brother of the CS-80 for a fraction of the price.
This particular one was serviced by SRS in July'13 however the ribbon controller has since developed a fault and is not working. All other functions are operational."

ALM Busy Circuits - Akemie's Castle
Published on Apr 18, 2017 DivKidVideo
"Fan of FM? Then look no further than this sooooped up mega module of FM goodness. Akemie's Castle from ALM Busy Circuits brings original NOS chip Yamaha FM to modular and breaks out all the control. Unleashing the power of multi-operator digital FM without hiding it behind modules. But enough of the press release style blurb ... this thing is KILLER! An absolute machine for filthy bass, noisy percussive, softly moving chord tones and more. It's a big modules, but all those controls are great fun with manual wiggling or powerful under voltage control. Dual oscillator, 4 FM operators, chords, feedback, loads of CV input what's not to like?"
