26 10 17 Scrotum Lab - Radio Music abstrakt
Published on Oct 27, 2017 batchas
"Having some fun with the Radio Music module = complete new tones for my modular!
All sounds = one Radio Music module + some reverb and some delay added in Logic.
Morphing Terrarium generates the clock which drives Radio Music.
In the first excerpts it's a QuadSine oscillator which changes the clock coming from the Morphing Terrarium.
In the next ones, the joystick drives/changes:
- the clock speed of the Morphing Terrarium
- sample selection on Radio Music
- pitch on Radio Music
- delay time on PT Delay
I know, I could have changed the dressing on my finger!
And also I should not move the camera, mostly when it's not on auto-focus. Mea culpa."
Lord Drumatix - Destination Earth - Space Trip
Published on Oct 12, 2017 Lord Drumatix
"A Document of the trip Lord Drumatix took from his native Planet KNAL. Of all 28 planets that orbit KNAL, he has chosen to visit EARTH, as EARTH like KNAL, are the only planets that its inhabitants listen to music for enjoyment. Depending on the many variables of space travel - time of arrival is in the 2000 and 17th Earth Year Cycle.
An Extended Play Recording, directed by Lord Drumatix of ambient sounds from KNAL, will be transmitted and decoded on the first day of your 2017 earth year cycle, in anticipation of his arrival.

Published on Oct 26, 2017 Clara Venice
♡ Hello bbz! So this is my Halloween viddy for 2017 - it's my take on the "Stranger Things" opening title theme.
"Stranger Things" is one of my fav shows, and of course I love the soundtrack so much - which is why I had the idea for composing a theremin accompaniment.
The original "Stranger Things" theme is by Kyle Dixon and Michael Stein.
Hope you enjoy the video, and until next time - stay strange.
Love, Clara xx

Stranger Things Soundtrack - Divalvi Live Remix
Published on Sep 3, 2016 Divalvi
"Stranger Things Soundtrack remix!
When I watched the tv show and heard the main theme, I instantly fell in love with those arps and synths (who didn't?!), and knew I had to do something!
This is my live remix/reinterpretation of the song, made with my live set up. It's a relatively spontaneous take, so if you guys like it, let me know and will release a final version of this remix :)
UPDATE: Since a few people asked, I uploaded the full song for download on http://soundcloud.com/divalvi ;)
Enjoy!"
Throbbing Gristle Tiptop Audio Event
via Throbbing Gristle
"Throbbing Gristle in association with Industrial Records, Mute, Tiptop Audio and Rough Trade are pleased to announce a TG 40th Anniversary Q&A + signing + live TG modular performance by Chris Carter on Wednesday, 1st November 2017, from 7:00pm at Rough Trade East, London.
Chris Carter and Cosey Fanni Tutti from Throbbing Gristle will be appearing in person at the Rough Trade East to celebrate the vinyl release of the 40th Anniversary edition of their debut album The Second Annual Report Of Throbbing Gristle, released 3rd November on Mute.
Chris Carter will be starting the evening off with a performance using the forthcoming special edition TG-ONE Eurorack Module, created by Tiptop Audio and featuring sound libraries on cards newly created by Chris.
Chris Carter will be starting the evening off with an improvised performance using a modular setup consisting of prototypes of a brand new collaboration with Tiptop Audio. Chris has been working with Tiptop Audio on the forthcoming special edition TG-ONE Eurorack module, which includes two exclusive cards of Throbbing Gristle samples. Chris Carter has curated the sounds from his personal sonic archive that spans some 40 years. Card one consists of 128 percussive sounds and audio snippets with a second card of 128 longer samples, pads and loops. The sounds have been reworked and revised, modified and mangled by Carter to give the user a unique Throbbing Gristle sounding palette to work wonders with. In addition to the TG themed front panel graphics, the module features customised code developed in collaboration with Chris Carter.
The performance will be followed by an ‘in conversation’ and Q&A session with Daniel Miller, Cosey Fanni Tutti and Chris Carter. A signing session will end the evening.
The new Throbbing Gristle releases of The Taste Of TG on red vinyl, the seminal 20 Jazz Funk Greats on green vinyl and the 40th Anniversary edition The Second Annual Report (see below) on white vinyl will be available to pre-order or in store, as well as the re-released CD versions.

#01 modular playing with | make noise pressure points & 2hp switch
Published on Oct 27, 2017 Elinch
"from the first setup with the make noise pressure points and the 2hp switch as the only sequencer.
first pp & brains sequenced mutable instruments rings (into mutable instruments clouds) and synthesis technology e 330 in morph mode (dreadbox gamma, dreadbox delta). the trigger comes from dreadbox theta. the pp works as a 12 step sequencer, the 2hp switch switches between the 4step sequences (cv controlled by an intellijel quadra envelope). the first pressure output controls rings brightness, the second rings structure, the third clouds freeze and the fourth clouds blend parameter.
second pp controls dreadbox omikron (vcl vcf 74, intellijel uvca, intellijel quadra).
the first pressure output triggers dreadbox gamma (intellijel uvca / 4ms dld).
recorded live with tascam dr 100. no audio processing.
for the best listening experience listen to the video with headphones or good speakers."

Dr. Dave Luce's Polymoog Restoration #1 (by Synthpro)
Published on Oct 27, 2017 synthpro
"Hey Guys,
I'm very excited to share this project with all of you, It has been an amazing experience getting to restore polymoogs that belonged to the inventor. I can't put into words how amazed and honored I was to meet Dr. Dave's family, truly amazing people!
It was also very special getting to stay at the Luce house and working in the basement lab where I'm sure Dr. Dave worked on a lot of amazing engineering projects over the years.
Thank you Dave, you made a huge mark on this earth and I'm extremely grateful to be a part of what you created, in some ways you shaped my future. Without the polymoog, I'm not sure if I would have ever got as involved with electronics and sound development as I have, it changed my life all because of the one instrument you created. Rest in Peace my friend you will be missed by millions but the legacy you left behind continues to grow.
