An Ambient track featuring Digitone and Digitakt
Published on Mar 7, 2018 junklight
"These two boxes are very nice together - I've got three tracks on the digitone - two sequences and one that I'm playing. The digitakt is providing some soft glitchy percussion"

"Recording of a live performance I did with the EMS Synthi-100 at The Melbourne Recital Centre in August 2017.
https://www.melbournerecital.com.au/e...
Synthi-100 is being triggered by a Roland TB-303, drums: Roland TR-606. Both 303 and 606 going through the Synthi-100 mixer. No added effects or processing.
Extra pair of hands helping me manipulate the Synthi in real-time is Anthony Lyons.
With special thanks to Lesley Craythorn and my colleagues Anthony Lyons and Mark Pollard at the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music, The University of Melbourne."
Stereo Field Landscape / Outsider Sound Design
Published on Mar 7, 2018 Outsider Sound Design
"Negative Feedback Recording Sessions / Outsider Sound Design
Negative Feedback is a sound sample pack created by recording performances using an atonal feedback synthesizer. The instrument features two analog stereo preamp circuits which are manipulated by touch creating connections with skin across gold metal plates. Gestural hand motions across the plates produce sounds and textures that are otherworldly and in some instances beyond human hearing. Be careful! Perfect for science fiction, horror, suspense, or any project that requires the highly unusual.
Negative Feedback includes 190 samples unprocessed, 100 samples processed with hardware effects, and 100 samples processed with software effects. 390 .wav files in total. (96k sample rate, 24 bit)
Sample pack available for purchase at www.outsidersounddesign.com"

"This is one of my new favorite covers. Really enjoyed taking the industrial groove of this track and filling it with tons of synths. DKC coming next week. The album I promised to release almost two years ago. Its coming. Get psyched."

Dr. Dave Luce's Polymoog Teardown (by Synthpro)
Published on Mar 7, 2018 synthpro
"Hey guys,
It is with excitement, I bring you this video of Dr. Dave's second polymoog tear down before rebuild. [you can find synthpro's video of his first one posted here]
This is a video for the hardcore polymoog fans out there, I suggest you grab a snack/drink and enjoy as I go from a fully assembled polymoog to the bare parts making up a polymoog!!
As mentioned in the video, this is another polymoog that belonged to Dr. Dave Luce, the inventor of the polymoog.
You can read more about Dr. Dave here: https://www.forevermissed.com/david-a...
Im restoring this polymoog for the Luce family. Dave is no longer with us on this earth but his legacy lives on with the great inventions and research he left behind. I have to personally thank Dave because without the polymoog, I do not believe I would have ever got into electronics and made a career out of synth restorations. THANK YOU DAVE!!
A very special thank you to the whole Luce family as well, its a true privilege and honor to call all of you my friends.
Thanks for the support and for watching!
Sincerely,
Jareth"

"Aside from its great cosmetic condition (minus a few scratches here and there), this synth has a new CPU board and battery (no need to worry about the dreaded leaking battery!) as well as a full calibration, new PSU caps, cleaned keyboard contacts and all the factory patches installed."

Moog style knob for the filter. Curious what it would look like with all Moog knobs.
